i am not able to log in to my att.net emails after a Firefox update. For the last four hours i have been taking care of my business with my att.net emails, etc. and then Firefox runs an update, and att tells me there is a problem when i try to log back in to my emails. Why is this constantly happening? i am an old person who is not tech savvy, and i just need to be able to get to my emails everyday to get important messages and send messages. This is happening way too often, and i cannot get it back to the way it was.

I clicked on a link and it took me somewhere other than I wanted to go. No one else has had the problem with the link. It was should have taken me to a PayPal article, but took me to a link to authorizes a PayPal payment. What do I need to do in order to keep this from happening again?

why does firefox perform badly with paramount streaming? it doesn't happen netflix or amazon or apple etc This does not happen with other browsers such as chrome

Firefox needs to be restarted each day, and still has stalling, repeating and stopping during any paramount stream

Will this ever be fixed?

Seriously considering abandoning firefox after so many years

when I click on the Firefox icon get a white screen with an area to type and it works OK. However in the top line it shows https:// quick-ph.com/Firefox/..........etc. I have no apps of this name on the computer. How do i get the correct screen to open. It is a 4 day old win11 which is still being setup and already has Norton in place.

Dear Ms, dear Mr, I experience the following problem with the user interface of my bank’s website when I consult it using my new MacBook Air laptop computer. The image displayed on the computer screen is apparently designed for a smartphone, not for a computer screen. This anomaly never occurred with my previous computer. And it does not occur at present when I work using Safari. So, I assume that it is linked to the navigator’s (i.e. !Firefox) configuration. This is the reason why I am contacting you. When I go to certain sites and have to, for instance, fill out a form with my personal info, I can see the open areas where I can type my answers, but I (sometimes) can't see the questions. The background is black and so are the questions so I have to left click and drag my mouse just above the open window to hunt for and eventually highlight the question. It's driving me nuts! Please help and by the way, I'm not exactly computer savvy when it comes to this stuff so try to simplify it if you can. Thanks! -Paul.

Hello, Ever since Firefox updated to the newest version for my IMAC, I can NO LONGER WATCH A FULL VIDEO on YouTube. The video will start, and then after about 10-20 seconds, it just stops. The red timeline on the video stops because there is a white timeline underneath it that doesn't seem to move once the video loads up. I have to click just a little ways up the timeline, and the video will continue to play for maybe another 10 seconds. Once the red timeline catches up with the white timeline underneath it, the video stops again, and I just get the spinning circle. I can continue to click about 1/4 inch away from the red timeline, and the video plays for 5-10 seconds and stops again. For some reason, the video relies on the white timeline to always be ahead of the red one. Once the red catches up with the white one, the video stops. For some reason, when the video is first loaded, the white timeline is just a little ways down the line, and it does not move. When the red catches up to where the white line stops, the video stops. I can click just a very short distance in front of the white timeline, and it will move to the area I clicked. Then you can hit play, and the video will continue to play till the red line catches up to where the white line was and the video stops again. HELP. I am forced to use Safari because of this, and Firefox has always worked better than Safari till now.

I am having a problem I cant log in on my bank app account. It says i cannot do anything unless i contact firefox. i need your help because i need to pay my bills.

I haven't been able to do my online banking for about 9 months. I have to delete their cookies first. After that I can log on where I get a PIN. I enter the PIN and it will never work the first time. After the second PIN it asks if I want to save this device. After choosing that, logging off and immediately trying to log on again I have to go though all of those same steps.

The tech dept at my bank claims it's only Firefox and that it can't read their (your) encryption. I agreed with them that makes zero sense because I can always log on after jumping through enough hoops.

Is this something on your end or end my settings?
