Since the last update that I received from you and installed I can not longer get in to my online Bank account. I get a window telling me access is denied. I am unauthorized to access this resource. with a Reference ID of e727ec65b1 Troubleshooting steps 1. Reload the home page and try again Failed 2. Clear your browser cache and try again. Failed 3. Try logging in with a different browser. No they aren't as secure 4. Try logging in with a different device. No only use my desk top for business.

The Bank says they are having trouble with Firefox. I don't want to have to use Edge or Google they aren't as secure as Firefox. Please fix this with the Horizon Bank. Thank you. dleeb17

I’m currently testing a simple HTML-based site hosted on epizy.com, where I provide information and visuals related to a game mod (NullsBrawll). While everything works fine in Chrome and Edge, Firefox often fails to load key assets — especially images and script files that showcase the game’s content or guide users through the APK installation process.

Some problems I’m running into:

Game-related images (e.g., character banners, gameplay screenshots) fail to load intermittently JS-based animations or carousel sliders showing features don’t always run This issue happens more often on mobile Firefox Other browsers show the same files fine, even on slower networks

I’m wondering if:

Firefox handles free-hosted static files differently than other browsers? There are known issues with HTTP resources from epizy.com on Firefox? Any specific headers, caching rules, or SSL setup I should be aware of?

having trouble getting into url from Fox News. after entering my email to receive a link to sign into the page I want, the little circle just turns and does not move to the website I asked for. It was working and now it doesn't. Jim

I updated FireFox to Firefox 137.0.1 (20250407111027) from Firefox 136.0.4 (20250326231000). Then, any time I would open ChatGPT, the text input box has been squished to ~30% of it's size which is resulting in formatting errors when copy pasting code or text from ChatGPT. I have the Zoom set to default settings, cleared cookies, and restarted firefox but the problem still persists. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

I'm not sure when but sometime in the past month a bunch of buttons on firefox have stopped working. For example, when I try to hit the "share" button on google docs or google sheets, the site freezes (there's a message saying "Trying to connect..." but never succeeds) and I have to reload it. Occasionally when I google something, the drop-down "people also ask" sections don't respond to me clicking on them. On other websites with drop-down menus, the button also does not respond.

Today I have been unable to sign in to my online banking account. I get an error message as such: Reference ID is: b1a8dcda3a. I have always used this browser to access this account until today.

iMac crashed while firefox was open. I've reinstalled firefox, deleted the caches and history, deleted user data.

Launched firefox to what seems to be a clean version (had to sign in, also not bookmarks showing.

Launch is quick. However, websites, such as google.com will not open. No error message, just little dots at the top of the tab going back and forth, then nothing.

Other browsers are able to open websites (I'm using Chrome to access this).

I am a student and often use Canvas to do assignments. Lately when I am trying to open a textbox on Canvas on either a discussion board or on an assignment I get sent to a page that says something broke on discussion boards or the textbox is simply not there on assignments.

I have cleared my browser cache and it did not fix the issue so I instead tried another browser and it works normally over there. I am really not sure what the issue is so any help would be appreciated!

Hi, following a recent update installation I have not been able to log onto BT Webmail to deal with my emails etc, it seems to go into a kind of loop and keeps showing a log in page quickly, then it disappears and reappears straight away again, does anyone have any idea why this is happening, I have checked the version and it's 137.0.1

page or popup does not open at Temu when I click on a picture of an article, ( https://www.temu.com/nl ) I have reinstalled Firefox several times, and then it works for a while, and then it does not work anymore when I click on an article, do I have to set something in the options of Firefox?
