Hello. I just have a general question. I have read about it a little but I get mixed info. Some say yes, some say no.... So, is it possible to get a virus or malware or any of that spyware stuff on mobile phones like you can on a computer? Particularly Android phones. They have all these anti-virus apps and stuff you can download saying they're designed specifically for Android mobile devices but then I have read articles that say that the Android operating system is not the same as, let's say, a Windows PC operating system so it's not possible to download spyware onto it. I'm just curious and appreciate any info. Thank you!!

When I last tried to buy with Google stored debit card from my bank the transaction was blocked by the presence of a four-month old phone number. I have updated several weeks ago to my current telephone number and address. Yet the new number is not there, instead the old number is not helping me.

A hacker opened an Instagram account using my gmail account ([edited] @gmail.com) and the scam Instagram account (Virgobusch) caused Meta to permanently suspend my Gloria Waslyn and my Parrots For Peace facebook accounts. I understand the Virgobusch Instagram published music without royalties or permission. This was NOT ME. Please restore my Facebook and all Meta accounts that may be impacted. I originally sent a message of appeal when it was taken down and that was nearly 1000 days ago. I have 11 days left to resolve this. Please help. Can Firefox be the culprit in my not receiving emails from certain senders? Microsoft Outlook 365, which I use within Firefox, doesn't show that the emails of concern are blocked. How do I determine if Firefox is the problem and how do I fix it?

I need someone to help Alexa. My internet modem was recently replaced, along with a new password. Now, Alexa can't do anything. I don't know how to fix this (I am a senior).

This is a subtle problem. I used to be able to have pages listed in my search history. Now I can only have a search for that page listed. So I have to click on the search result in "Search Facebook" on desktop, click the search for the page in the search history and then click the page in the search results to get to the page. I don't have to do this for groups. Pages have a magnifying glass beside them which they never had before. When I click on any of these, I just get a list of results of searches for posts related to these pages, not the page itself. If I click a group, I go straight to the group with no list of posts. I logged out, cleared the cache and cookie but that didn't solve the issue.
