Thanks for the information. I can insert a document into a regular email with no problem. I will try to set up a screen shot to send. As I explained before the problem is that when i go out to the web page and try to insert a document i just created for a doctor the file explorer data is incorrect. Then i click on button to get file explorer with current data that would show my new document, it displays "filefox symbol with note 'file upload' " . At the time I'm using doctors web site 'Epic MyChart' and file explorer displays some old data. Is there a way to send you the screen shot without filling this form out each time? Thanks Perry

Firefox advised of an update yesterday 10 November which was undertaken.

Now cannot access firefox and get advised entry point not fouind and second window advises "couldn't load XPCOM.

Have tried full reset etc but to no avail.

After updating Mozilla Firefox to the latest version, it changed the default language from English (US) to German (DE) although English (US) is currently selected as the default language. It will not change back to English (US)

I'm very much computer-ignorant. I'm getting messages on various sites that I need to update my current browser. Downloaded latest Firefox, but lost as to next step. I'm on LinuxMint.

Greetings to y’all I am setting up a Microsoft Surface pro 7. Several days ago I installed windows 11 Pro on the machine.

I have tried to review previously loaded Extensions. For each of the Extensions There is a message:

"Can’t read and change data on this site"- listed after each extension. What is this about? How do I access settings for extensions?

New Firefox desktop browser update (132.0.1 (aarch64)) appears to conflict with my vpn resulting in disabled youtube...turning off the vpn allows youtube video's to play (not signed up for google), but naturally youtube/google is where I most want whatever protection a vpn offers, so this is not ideal.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

In the midst of watching a YouTube video, FireFox closed abruptly. When I try to open it, I get the following message: Platform version '131.0.3' is not compatible with min Version>=131.0.2 max Version<=131.0.2 What do I do now?

I am having an issue with an old firefox process in the background but I don't see one. I need to remove it before I can run the new install copy of firefox 64bit. Any suggestions to resolving my issue.

Why is moZilla forcing me to use Google Play Store to download Firefox? I used to be able to go directly to mozilla and get it (and yes i'm talking also about the android version)

Dear Mozilla,

Have a copy of Firefox portable, that I use on a USB stick. Before Firefox 140, it updated properly. Now, I find that it keeps staying on version 135, even though it keeps telling me it has updated to the latest version. Puzzled by this. Can you please advise me on this problem?

i have a discontinued mint 19 and cant up grade to 20 because my lap top wont support the new version so help has been discontinued and I need to up grade my Firefox to the newer version!

I have installed Malware protection onto my laptop and it has been interfering constantly by popping up with a Browser Guide I cannot remove and they advise me to go through my Browser FireFox to have it removed.
