When launching Firefox, an "Application has stopped working" error window appears, yet Firefox itself still starts up. This error also pops up intermittently while using the PC—even when running Firefox in Safe Mode.

To update my Intel graphics drive, I had downloaded and installed Intel support tool, which then used my default browser Firefox to scan and download the missing driver. After I was done though Firefox crashed and didn't open back up. Beyond My Experience. As I Bring up Firefox Upper Right Flag Yo Update Firefox. IF I DISMISS, TROUBLE STARTS. FOR NO REASON ACCUWEATHR APPEARS. IF I X Firefox Shuts Down. Instead to Remain Online, I have to Use a Bookmark and Continue. Not in My Bookmarks, How Can I Stop That Annoyance Pop Up. Thanks, Joe

Firefox has recently started turning itself off. There is a failure message and it self-reports the issue. However it will do this without any website loaded, it just fails to continue running without a website being loaded. This happens everyday. The application will not continue to run just by being an open application with an empty about:newtab This is very frustrating.

Is this normal behavior for Firerfox 155.0 on Fedora 44 KDE-Plasma 6.7?

Firefox can't seem to be able to import from Vivaldi. Whether I try, it just always takes on and on until it crashes. I remember it working whenever I tried to import browser data before trying to import from Vivaldi to Firefox.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000000000000030, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80274225392) CAUSE WAS FIREFOX.EXE

Since the latest Firefox update, it has frozen the app & crashed my computer multiple times within a few days; it has also caused problems logging into my primary bank account ("access denied") but has nothing to do with the bank (I called the bank; no problems there, but they suggest using Chrome browser. NO WAY!) Every time Firefox has updated the past few months, it has interfered with my password vault’s proper functioning {Last Pass}. I am using a late 2012 Mac mini, running OS 10.15.1 (the newest acceptable OS for my computer). I attribute some of the problem to their adding a number of new features without making certain the basic app is stable.

A user I am servicing uses Firefox every day. They are on Windows 11. Every afternoon (sometimes at other times), Firefox stops working and loses its internet connection (everything else on their computer continues to be connected).  When they close and restart Firefox to reconnect, it then tells me the user that they are using an old profile and need to create a new one.  They're able to re-log into their Firefox account, which eventually resyncs all their data, but they then have to re-sign into everything, which is a major inconvenience.  The only workaround the I have found is to reinstall Firefox, ever time this happens which then allows the user to use all their settings until they have to repeat the process the next day (i.e., everything remains signed in and/or logging back in is easier than described above).

I wanted to report that Firefox froze or crashed. I could not close it and had to Endtask it. I am running the latest version supposedly on Windows 11. Why did this occur?

It appears that I have a zombie Firefox browser running because when I close the browser using the top right 'X' button, the Firefox processes are still running when I check Task Manager.

If I end the Firefox task and reopen Firefox the first attempt seems to be stuck crashing because there's no crash log, but I can see in the task manager there's a crashhelper. A second attempt opens just fine, but the issue with that is my previously opened browsers are gone even with the setting to reopen them is enabled.

I've tried reinstalling, disabling my extensions, and updating Java, but none of these resolve the issue.
