Firefox is storing an ever increasing amount of data on my device. It is up to over 600 MB and growing. This is fairly recent How do I access what data is being saved and clean up data that does not need to be using up memory on my device?

I have been trying to clear out the cache under settings (cookies & site data) (everything is checked under clear data) everything clears out except for 440 now 454 KB of disk space. I cannot get it to clear out. I even uninstalled fire fox and it was clear for a couple of uses and now it is back and instead of 440 it is now 454. ••• Cookies and Site Data Your stored cookies, site data, and cache are currently using 454 KB of disk space. I have 2 different bookmarks. 1 for Citi Card Visa & ! for Citi Card MC. Both take me to the same online screen. Can "cookies" or something similar in Firefox be causing this and can I fix it. Citi Card techs can't help!

Hello. I've got a simple suggestion.

When we go to "manage data" in settings. We can only remove a particular cookie, or all cookies from websites. I would love for there to be a block feature there.

The only way to do so now is by going to "manage exceptions" and typing out the URL manually. I'm finding certain URLs becoming more and more tedious to type out. I feel this would really help. Perhaps they could merge "manage data" and "manage exceptions" together and just put all the features in one place.

We've got all kinds of great extensions that can cut down on the annoying cookies and pop ups but I still feel this would be helpful.

When I put my laptop to sleep, websites I am logged into are often logged out when I return. Note that I don't close Firefox. The tabs generally reopen but require login again. Windows 11, Firefox 137.0.1

For example, I put my laptop to sleep for lunch. When I returned, tabs were there, but I was logged out of gmail, Discord, and a website I was logged into.

This seems to happen more frequently recently, but not every time, as far as I know. But this is a relatively new problem, possibly related to a new laptop. Occasionally I get a message that there is trouble restoring my session.

A website I want to get on is not letting me sign in. It says the cookies are redirected in an improper way. Trying to figure out how to change cookie settings for a particular site.

In the past, when I would download a Firefox update to my laptop, when I cleared the Cookies and Data, there would be zero remaining. Now, every time I download a Firefox update 24KB of data remain and will not clear when I push the Clear Data button. If there is more in the Cookies and Data file, when I push the Clear Data button most of what is there is removed but there is always 24KB that remains and will not clear.

1. Why has the Firefox updates started leaving 24KB permanently in the cookies and data file?

2. How are we to remove the remaining 24KB that does not clear when you push the Clear Data button?

am facing an issue with Firefox where every time the browser updates, all of my accounts get logged out, including YouTube, ChatGPT, and other websites. I have already tried repairing, uninstalling, and reinstalling Firefox, but the problem still persists.
