I have used the OneTab browser extension for years. Mac computer ran out of space but was completely backed up. Got new computer. copied Firefox profile from the and updated the profiles.ini to use the backup data.

I used a backup dated 12 Feb 2026.

I was able to restore my bookmarks and passwords from this profile, but they seem to be from many years ago. I was not syncing to my Firefox account and saving the passwords to my computer. i assumed they would be in a bakup. None of my OneTab items were restored.

I wonder if part of the problem is that Firefox wants to ( and did) update my new computer to Firefox 145 or 147. I don't know which Firefox was running when I had the issue but I suspect it was older.

All of the storage/moz-extension files are there and firefox is using the correct profile data. Is there any way to find/read/extract the OneTab history? Where should I look? I contacted OneTab and all they could tell me was to look in storage/default/moz-extension.. ( nothing readable there) Thanks

The `Passwords` page can not show any username and password. But the firefox can still fill usernames and passwords automatically and remenber new passwords. I can export data via menu (right-up) too.

I have a chromebook with linux enabled and installed firefox according to mozilla's instruction - via the sudo get-apt command. The cursor changes from the default to a very small adwaita. I've spent hours googling this issue and everyone I've come across had used some third party repo or was trying to shove in their own custom cursor theme. Literally all I want is my regular cursor back, and I have no clue why mozilla would have a specifically set cursor for their browser instead of just having it default to os. I don't really know what I'm doing here, but I cannot begin to state how tired I am of messing with this dead-end issue.

I don't understand the reason Firefox is slowing down and making my emojis and GIFs on LinkedIn very difficult to access. This isn't a problem on other sites. Any solutions? Thank you for your consideration. marlem388

Trying to read PDF pages in Firefox. When I click on a file it says "You do not have OpenText Content Server Browser Web Extension 2.0.10 installed, or it is not enabled. Follow these instructions to install and enable the extension." I've looked in the extension add ons but cannot find the appropriate add-on and when I go to download from file, there are no files that would are appropriate either. Any suggestions? Also, I'm using a federal government laptop if that has anything to do with it.

Firefox Developer Edition (v145.0.2) on Windows 11 host machine can play udemy.com videos but Firefox Developer Edition (v146.0b9) on Windows hyper-v virtual machine cannot.

This is happening more frequently. sometimes clicking links works but the cursor will not respond if i hover over the new tab button. To continue I have to select a new firefox window, The unresponsive window remains in error even when a new working window is active.

I'm crazy when I DO it. How do I fix?

I like the idea of horizontal tabs, but the line between the topics and the website is TOO DARN SMALL!

How do I go into to make it larger?

I know it's simple, but HOW?

hi, I was on the page where Firefox in recommending addons. But I click on a tap and it takes me to another page where the addon has a lot of detail explainations on the addon, but there is no where on this page to download or install the addon. I am interested in several of the addons. Can you guide me where to go to install the addons. Sincerely Andrew

Dear support, I have 2 pcs and I need to enter sync password every time I open Firefox - start notebook. It works fine on the second pc and password is remembered. How to solve it? Hi, I have been a user of Firefox on Macs ever since it first appeared as many websites simply did not work with Safari. The latest version of Firefox is causing me a fair amount of grief however. The main Menubar now extends more than two thirds the way across my screen (M4 Macbook air 15") so that menus for the OS are now not visible. I have buttons for, WiFi, Bluetooth, Time Machine, Volume, Battery, Time, Spotlight and Keyboard Maestro, which I use on a regular basis. It works fine on my second monitor but obviously I don't carry that with me when I'm away from home :-) I do not use the Profiles, Tools or Help Menus at all, so is there a way to remove them easily and permanently? This would enable me to see all of my OS control buttons Thank You

Since the 145.0.2 update web pages are loading very sloooooooow. Also, images are loading very slowly, if they load at all. At the start pages would not load at all then about a week they started loading but very slow as mentioned. Any ideas/help will be very much appreciated. I am using Windows 11.
