My RoboForm Mozilla add-on stopped working and I tried to uninstall then reinstall the app. When I try to reinstall the extension, the following pop-up occurs: RoboForm Start Page has detected RoboForm browser extension but cannot connect with it. Please update RoboForm browser extension. How do I update the RoboForm browser extension? Thanks for any help you can provide to resolve this issue.

Why doesn't Rumble work well on Firefox? Other browsers (Chrome) play the videos smoothly & quickly with no hangups or glitches, but Firefox constantly plays (eventually) audio but not video - it hangs up on the thumbnail. If I refresh about a thousand times the video will play. I thought this was a Rumble issue, but the site is smooth and problem-free on Chrome. I love using Firefox! Is there a setting I need to change, or is there an update Firefox could do? Thanks!

When I enter a site like Sephora, Menards, Ulta, and Target I either automatically get an Access Denied error or get one when I try to navigate from the home page. These websites also either won't let me log in to an account or will immediately kick me out of my account after logging in. I've tried everything I could find online and nothing has helped. I am on the latest Firefox software.

Here is an example of the error message: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.sephora.com/shop/makeup-cosmetics" on this server.

I have been using Firefox as my primary browser in Windows and Linux Mint for many years, and I have always found it to work when other browsers would not. Recently (last few months) functions in Ancestry.com stopped working. I thought that the problems were within the Ancestry system, and getting help within Ancestry was very difficult. I finally got a help chat session a short time ago and learned that everything in Ancestry should work using the Chrome browser. Very reluctantly, I loaded the Chrome browser on one of my Windows 11 computers, and suddenly all of the functions within Ancestry worked properly. I sincerely hope that FIrefox will soon resume being fully functional with Ancestry.com.

The autofill function works great for forms and applications but not so much when I'm entering online contests. When they ask me for my TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter username, it will not autofill those. I always have to do it myself in FireFox. But Microsoft Edge doesn't have that problem. Why doesn't it remember what I type in for those types of entries?

I cant log into x.com. Whether tracking is set to strict or not. I just get the same error. I have tried re-starting my browser and computer. I currently have it set to strict and have it turned off for this site. Why cant I go to this web site?

Thank you for a wonderful browser. I've been using Firefox for decades. Please, please give us the option for a second favorites bookmark toolbar. It is so need. Other browsers offer this, but right now, Firefox does not. Please, please add this. No add-on is available for this. Please!

nevermind. fixed itself. maybe it just took it a lot longer than expected

I have two firefox accounts. Got a new computer and trying to sync to the new one. I have tried to sync both of them. But only 34 of 300 passwords transferred and only 20ish bookmarks of 100s transferred.

I have tried looking into both accounts on both computers at the same time, run sync, but nothing more will transfer

How can I remove Google as a search engine that appeared after having my computer checked for viruses etc? I want to restore duckduckgo as my primary search engine.

XUL Runner platform version 129.01 is not compatible with 129.0 miniversion 129.0 maxversion 129.0 When this happened at first I did not have the use of Firefox. I then went to Firefox and down downloaded Firefox and started over. Then I went to go to my bookmarks and could not find them, bummer. I'm trying to help my wife install firefox on her desktop computer, which is right next to mine. Her MAC has an operating system Big Sur version 11.5.1. with 8 g of memory.When I did it sometime ago, it was easy. Now I'm confused as to how to proceed.

In Australia, a lot of organisations are forcing native languages upon us. How can I block these words? I do not want to block the website....just the words in Native Languages.

It worked fine until an hour ago. I have tried restarting twice. Each time it works once then stops working. I have tried the about:config route and it didn't work. (It says "true"). Hope it can be fixed! If not I'll be going back to Chrome.

I used to firefox browser to read e-books but in editting as highlight any word in book you can't select it again via Cursor to copy it when you saved file.

I want to change this because we want quickly to select any word and copy it but highlight prevent us to copy words if we saved before the highlights on file.

And I wish you had supported EPUB file type to open It on browser like PDFs type.

I hop to take this seriously
