Hi. I've been using ESR115 on Windows 7 64bit for a while now, at lease since Chase.com enhanced their online banking browser requirements. But now, Nov 6th, Chase.com updated their online banking site, yet again. ESR115 no longer works. Just thought I'd let you guys know in case an update to ESR115 is needed.

I tried to update to a newer ESR version but nothing is available. I'll probably have to buy a new PC since this mobo doesn't have a TPM chip and I'd rather go to Win11 than to Win10. Thanks!

I have a problem in that bookmarks seem to have completely stopped working for me. I am not an expert in today's IT though a very long time ago I was. I am 81 and have incurable cancer and am confined to my home in a chair. I use FF many hours a day and I have a very structured set of tens of thousands of bookmarks. I use FF on a Windows 7 laptop. I am a contributor to Mozilla. A couple of days ago I noticed that I could not save new bookmarks. I then checked and found that I could not backup my bookmarks as either json or html. I reinstalled FF but these problems are still there. Today I have tried looking at your support information. I looked at your troubleshooting information. I copied raw data to the clipboard and out it into a MS Word file. I put FF into troubleshoot mode. I cleared the startup cache, after which I could add new bookmarks but not save any backups. I then refreshed FF and of course I then lost the first draft of this message . The refresh took quite a long time to complete, but it did. Afterwards I can still not use bookmarks. If I add a subfolder into them, I complete the process, the subfolder is added, but if I then sort the fold so that the subfolder is in place, nothing happens. If I go through the motions of backing them up, nothing happens. I see the following options open to me: 1 Buy a Windows 11 laptop, which I’m not keen on, and run FF on that. I have a windows 10 desktop available in another room, but I have no wish to be on the slippery downslope to eternally paying Microsoft for my computing. 2 Try and revert to an earlier version of Firefox. 3 Move to another browser, though for this and option 1, how to migrate my current set of bookmarks is an outstanding issue. I would greatly appreciate advice on how to get a functioning Firefox version back on my laptop. Yours, Jon

Hello and thank you for your time. I can not get my Discord to work it keeps telling me to update Firefox but it is already updated. This just applies to the sound and hearing I can type in text box. This has happened before.

I am still running Win 7 Pro with Firefox 115.29.0esr.

In COLORS I have set the Unvisited links to Green and Visited links to Red. USE SYSTEM COLORS and UNDERLINE LINKS are both checked. OVERRIDE COLORS is set to Always.

The problem: The color change to Red for Visited links is no longer retained after closing Firefox. The fact that a link has been visited is lost.

Is this a bug, a setting problem, or is it simply because I've running obsolete versions?

Hi, I can't get youtube to load using firefox. Every other site load but youtube. I restore my pc to a later time and it still doesn't load. I up dated firefox and that didn't work. I deleted my cookies and still no luck. Youtube will work on Google chrome, but I don't use that chrome. What do I do next.

I want to change my Firefox password. Roboform has all my login info. When I opened the change password dialog box I was asked for my current password & Roboform filled it but the dialog box says it's wrong. How do I locate my Firefox password?

After defaulting Firefox, the previously used add-ons Easy-YouTube downloader, Easy YouTube Video Downloader Pro as well as YouTube Online Video Downloader do not appear on Youtube anymore, like they did before. This never happened before. It was always possible to add and use them again. What to do? Thank you for your help.. I should maybe add that I use a Laptop with Windows Seven. Laugh if you like, I want nothing else, why would I ? I know how to use this thing and it took me long enough, the newer Microsoft Programmes I came across are so terrible, I wonder how any-one can stand them. Thanks again for your time.

After years of logging into the DirecTV website, suddenly I can no longer do so. My UserID and Password are correct and work well with Chrome, but not with Firefox. What can I do to make it work again with you?

I cannot login to my aol email account on firefox desktop. All was fine before I turned pc off to go on holiday for 10 days. I can login on edge chrome etc

Have tried the usual things like clearing cache etc but not sucess

Please help I use fire fox for all my business so need to get access on it for aol emails

In this version, do I still have another account and password from other application that already saved before in the past version?

I am trying to clear some out dated stuff off my computer to make some room on my dreive, and have discovered several older versions of Firefox, saved in a file, Can I uninstall them or delete them - I am worried that this might affect my newer version.

What a nuisance. As the subject says - I've never had a Primary Password. All of a sudden you're being a nuisance over it, so I've created one via your "Forgot Password" procedure. As I never EVER want Mozilla to remember passwords for me, and that appears to be one of the reasons you give for having a "Primary Password", I find this change highly objectionable. Just regard this as feedback, because I imagine that now I'll be saddled with my "Primary Password" forever, or until I change to a different browser. John Gipps

Since the last Firefox update, I'm now receiving feedback that Cloudflare is blocking webpages from being allowed to open. I use a secure external site for an application that is used.

Yes, I've restarted the server - this is where this issue resides. I have also, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. There has been no hardware changes made to this server. The switches and routers are all working, I restarted each of these in the correct order. So I've ruled out my infrastructure as the cause. I've verified all of the Mozilla/Firefox services are started and running. Interesting fact, go back to old school and I can ping the website/page where the Cloudflare issue is appearing. This tells me the site is available outside of Firefox.

Yes, I know I've broken Security within Firefox, just trying to figure out how to get around this issue and still use Firefox. I will turn things back on once I have this issue resolved.

I've added the parent site to the Enhanced Tracking Protection. It only allows me to add the parent site and not any sub webpage, site.com/support not allowed. That did not resolve the issue.

I turned off the DNS over HTTPS. This also did not resolve the issue.

If I am not receiving the Cloudflare webpage, other generic browser pages will return Server Not Found.

I'm not able to log into various accounts, including a special email account.

To even access this form, I've had to go to an unsupported OS, as there were issues even having this form to even load. I will need to go to various workstations to see if they are having the same issue... My thinking is fix the server, I know the issue is here and hopefully the workstations will automatically be resolved.

Some websites are loaded but only showing the XML, that is fine as I can read this. End User, this would be an issue for them.

I prefer to use Firefox over other browsers but I feel my hands are now tied with not being able to access items I use to be able to access. I have had to switch to a much less favored browser to try and work around this issue.

I know this issue has all occurred since the last update was automatically installed, something perhaps I should disable.

Any thoughts or work around?
