Добрый день! Сегодня переустанавливала виндоус и все сбросилось. Скачала Мозиллу и решила войти в аккаунт который зарегистрирован на почту anna_alyakr@mail.ru Однако мне всплыло окно регистрации где нужно вводить два раза пароль. Хотя аккаунт уже БЫЛ зарегистрирован, то ест произошел баг сайта/страницы/окна. Пока я это делала мне пришло письмо с кодом. Страница обновилась и вернулась на нормальное окно со входом. Я решила войти однако написано было что заблокирована страница из-за того что письмо с кодом вернулось. Конечно оно вернулось потому что я уже вошла на свою страничку!

дорогая администрация, что мне делать как мне вернуть свой аккаунт я могу предоставить всевозможные данные которые попросите, я просто хочу поскорее закончить устанавливать все приложения на ноутбук после переустановки винды потому что это тот еще геморройный процесс :((

I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

‘As of September 17 2026 i can't log into my Twitter account when i open Firefox on desk top. This is the way i view twitter i don't use the app. My twitter account is still visible but i can't log in’

I messaged support yesterday, but I haven't received a reply yet. I am having trouble logging into my account because I no longer have access to the associated email address; however, I can provide specific details proving the account belongs to me so that you can link it to a different email.

I can only sign in to my Firefox account via phone. Otherwise on my other two laptops, one is saying we sent an email with 6 digits to your email but it’s never recieved and the Mac is telling me this email is not valid

Somehow over the years I ended up with two accounts. Today, after an update, FireFox opened up but without passwords. In order to get them back, I have to sign in to FireFox. Okay, that's easy. I enter the email address, the password (yes, it is correct - I checked two different ways), and it says that I am already signed in through the other account. I open that account and it says I must sign in. We have been unable to sign into x.com using Firefox. We are getting an error code stating, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.". We are also not receiving any text messages when x.com says that they have been sent.

Anyone else having problems? Any ideas for a little help?

I cannot get my facebook account to log-in. I get sent a Facebook code, type that in, then get a character code and type that in and get sent round and round in this cycle. I have tried syncing, and they suggest there may be a loop or similar in my browser that is preventing it, and I don't know where to find and try to fix that, if it is.

1. accedintly i put my sign in and password of my liltle sister in my computer when i was signing in youtube and now i dosent let me change the username and the password.Now i can't watch youtube anymore and the computer is the only thing that i can message,paint,watch,and call ,and i don't use cromebook i use a computer that has no camara and something that can have a camara that can grab my voice nad out in my videos

I often need to sign into a school system - Bassettusd.org - and they then require a sign-in email and password. I have used Firefox to sign into this system a thousand times with no issue. Today, I had an odd glitch where a Firefox window with about 8 tabs open suddenly shut down. None of the other Firefox windows I had shut down besides this one. I decided to re-start the Mac Laptop and try signing in again. This time I got the error message above. It also came with a long message with a time stamp and ID info. Long story short, I was no longer able to sign in to my account via Firefox. Fortunately, I could do it in Safari, but I'd like Firefox to work. First I deleted all the cache. That didn't help. Then I deleted Firefox entirely and re-downloaded it from the internet. (ver. 157.0.1) I STILL cannot

Why am I suddenly having to login to FF after every PC restart? This happens all the time now, but not on Android. Also, when I log back in I get duplicate emails with the same codes to confirm my details. What is going on?? I have not got FF set to delete data on exit.

Because there were so many attempts at password they stopped my default. I read about having to do something but I am an 85 year old woman and I am sorry but I cannot figure out how to get a ton of passwords done one by one. I sincerely hope that this be taken care of because otherwise I have no way of knowing how to get the Xfinity email to work for me.
