When I go to http://www.kcrg.com/sports/fish and try to play the video of the weekly feature "Big Ol' Fish" the video won't load. Why does the place where the video should load keep flashing and the animation looks like the video is loading, but nothing else ever happens? Is this video set up to load only with Internet Explorer, or do I need another plug-in? Which one? I have many of them and haven't had trouble playing any other videos. I don't understand these things, so I need a simple explanation. Thanks.

I had a problem with my 1st account and stopped using it and opened another account under the same name and I tried to delete the 1st account and all of my photo's disappeared. My personal photo is just a full face shot. The first account photo was of me on the beach which I want to delete.

I have Vista on my desk top. After installing firefox, I got an error message indicating firefox could not load because I did not have internet connection although I am connected. I can run IE without a problem. I was able to download Firefox without a problem. Firefox worked great on my laptop operating system XP. Why is this happening with my desk top Vista?
