When I open google, the page immediate comes up right with a white background, and black text. Before the page finishes though, the background turns to light blue, and the text turn gray. The logos show up right framed in the white background but the rest of the page is light blue. It happens in other websites as well. There backgrounds are right, but where the text is located is like in forums the text is grayed out, and there background colors are faded too.

I have mp3s on my computer that I want to play in Firefox, but when I drag it into the browser a window pops up like if I'm trying to download it. I have everything up to date (Firefox, Quicktime plugin), and I'm running Windows XP SP3. This was working last night and just started happening today. I've tried looking at the Quicktime plugin troubleshooting page and set the plugin to play mp3s in the browser but they didn't work.

I am using a laptop with mobile broadband. I have (normally) no trouble viewing any web-pages from any site. Today, however, when I go to the Waterstones Booksellers page(s) I cannot see any images of the main page. i.e. where I would see products. I have checked other (non-Waterstones) sites and have no problems elsewhere. I have checked this site on another PC and there are no problems. I must have accidentally done something to Firefox which has disabled viewing this site. Can anyone help?

My current version of Firefox has become corrupt. When I try to download a new version with Internet Explorer or my current version of firefox it goes to 53% unpacked and then it comes up with file corrupt. I have had the same issue before and have solved it by using a linux CD to download a windows version and it unpacks and installs great. I now cannot find a place where I can specify which version I want and it insists on using the download for Linux which is useless for me.

Hi, I was working on my wordpress blog that uses the theme "Intrepidity". I wanted to remove a header image I added to the header but could not find a way of deleting it, so I right click for an option. the option I took was "Do you want firefox to block the image?". I clicked yes and that's the last time I saw an image on the blog. Firefox removed every image from the blog, even the side bars are gone, the header is no more, every single picture on the posts, pages are gone. The blog is nothing but a shell now. Is there any way I could have the images restored on the blog. Here's the blog name: http://www.weightlosscontrolreviews.com/

My computer crashed and will not reboot (I think it is because of a improper repair of WinXP after a virus got passed my security). Before it crashed, I had easily 20 tabs open in Firefox, some of them being very important, but I can't remember what some of them were called or how I found them. I was wondering how Firefox knows what tabs/windows to open when you click "Restore Session," and if it is store in a file of sorts so that I could boot in Linux, get the file, and somehow use it after I install my newly purchase Win7. It's not a Firefox problem, but I didn't know where better to ask this question.
