Hello support service I bought another computer, I logged into my account and I lost all the data, usernames and passwords that I had stored in my account. What should I do now? Can you restore them for me please? Please, I had everything stored in my account, I never thought that the information in this program would be lost. And now everything is being destroyed, please restore it for me. My firefox acount name is : Aliasgharwolf1@gmail.com Thank you.

Hello I installed Windows some time ago, after that when I installed Firefox and added my account to it, none of my data was there, even though I had backed up a lot of passwords, bookmarks and add-ons. Now I have to check if I have any data. Syncing is not happening. Please check my account and help me recover my data.

I had to change to Comcast e-mail and have lost my ability to receive e-mail in firefox.

I believe I need to change the password in the Firefox setting to upload from Comcast. Help me please. If you have the ability to open a chat line it would be helpfull.… (read more)

I believe I need to change the password in the Firefox setting to upload from Comcast. Help me please. If you have the ability to open a chat line it would be helpfull. There is no warning from Comcast e-mail so I have to periodically open it to see if I have any new e-mail.

Firefox Home (default) desktop is different on two computers in the same house (same accounts)

I have two computers. Both sign into the same Firefox account. Both instances of Firefox are the same version (134.0.1 64-bit).

On my main computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the first image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-42-57.png)

On the other computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the second image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-43-57.png)

How to I get both instances of Firefox to do the same thing when creating a new tab, i.e. organize the recommendations like the second image?

Via Thunderbird, I sent x7 Emails to suppliers on 25/11/2, between 5pm & 5:45pm. From [email address]

All but one supplier received them, but bizarrely [email address] claim not to have received theirs ! Having created new passwords/login details for thunderbird c.9/1/25 I cannot now access the 'sent' email referenced above.

Please can you retrieve it & confirm that autotrader would have received it.
