Please see attached images that show my settings for DNS over HTTPS set to cloudflare (default) i have to add exceptions to this for multiple sites that do not open. these websites either show me SSL errors or they completely stop opening entirely. what could be the issue here? the websites open completely fine once i turn off this feature or use another browser.

I open Extensions and I can't find my extension so I open manage extensions and it shows but it's not letting me use it the image that is roblox unfriender is the one not showing up and the picture of 2 extensions is the ones showing up don't roast me I'm a new user

When I frequently turn off my computer using the system unit's power button, meaning a quick shutdown, after several such shutdowns, when I launch the browser, I'm prompted to log in again. Bookmarks that weren't synced disappear. And I'm also logged out of all the websites I was logged into, forcing me to log in again. Cachyos Linux.

MY FIREFOX IS HAVING AUDIO ISSUES. THE VOLUME INCREASES BY ITSELF IT HAPPENS USUALLY IF I ENTER OR EXIT FULL SCREEN MODE, OR IF THE VIDEO OR MOVIE STOPS TO BUFFER FOR A MOMENT IT WILL COME BACK ON AT 3 OR 4 TIMES THE VOLUME. ITS A IRRITATING REGULAR OCCURRENCE. IVE TRIED SETTINGS, AND UPDATES BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO FIX IT. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN ON ANY WEBSITE I USE. (YOUTUBE, SEVERAL MOVIE WEBSITES AND CARTOON WEBSITES. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY READJUST IT IN AND OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING I WATCH. HOW DO I FIX THIS ?

This keeps popping up on my website when I'm trying to watch movies or TV: Server Not Found. Firefox can’t connect to the server it's happening when I press any movie sites or TV shows, I've even gone to the settings and done no proxy and it's still not working, can you tell me how watch movies and TV's because this gets popping up Server Not Found. Firefox can’t connect to the server I am not a tech person says simple jargon will be, appreciated thank you.

Youtube videos are not playing when clicked, it needs a click to play button, which is tiring and wanted to quite firefox if not fixed. When playing youtube videos, where we click on another video, it opens and play for 2 seconds and then it stops, want the user to click the play button to continue, this is unwanted, please make this an option for those you want that feature. I tried to turn it off in autoplay, but there is no options to do so.

I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

Sadly for me it is absolutely not the case It has been a few days since I can't use Firefox at all. When I try to open it, it tells that there is a "side by side error" and that I should use sxstrace.exe. I did that and it tells me that It can't find mozglue, mozglue.MANIFEST, mozglue.DLL. I use Mozilla in French (it is my mother tongue), and it can't find them in French, English or in Neutral :

Thinking it was also linked to the Redistribuables Microsoft Visual C++, I just downloaded all of them again.

My version of Mozilla is 152.0.6.595 and I am on Windows 10.

Please I really need your help and don't want to lose any of my tabs, bookmarks and passwords as I was making very important research for my PHD studies.

This is a recurrent problem. I'm online with many tabs open, when all of a sudden they disappear and when I try to recover them by going in "history" [using the three lines at the top right of screen], and then selecting "recently closed tabs", and then try the "restore tabs", nothing happens! Previously, this had worked to offer me a way to reopen those tabs one-by-one, but now it doesn't restore anything. ALSO, I used to be able to shut down my computer, wait a few minutes, and then restart it, and would be offered a "restore session" option when the computer restarted, but that didn't happen today even after trying this twice.

I was once shown how to restore tabs by going up to the top right of the screen, but cannot remember how to do this. Can you please help me from loosing tabs, and my mind? Thanks.

I am using Firefox on a LLinux Mint 22.3 - MATE 64-bit operating system.

Recently, I went to www.homedepot.com. The page did not fully load. It just kept trying to load the page. I waited for a few minutes and tried to do a search for an item I wanted. I got a message that indicated: "OOPs! some went wrong. Try refreshing the page."

I tried refreshing the page. I got the same situation. The page would only partially load and each time I did a search, I got the same "Opps!" message.

So, I went into setup and deleted my cache. This did not help. I also uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it. That still did not help.

I started up Google Chrome. I went to the site and it worked just fine. So there is something wrong with Firefox.

Hello. I'm iranian and i need to use vpn to search some sites like pinterest, youtube, freepik&... . for that i add veepn extention on my firefox. It connects but doesn't run on the site also till using the extention, browsing gets some problems and my browser doesn't work properly. Even recently it works slower. I don't know what is the problem to fix it; so I tried to ask your team. Thanks for your attention.

Has anyone seen this behavior? Is it really a browser issue or an extension one? Is it a config issue or a bug? I'm juggling 2FA settings on slack for a per workspace basis, plus to Bitwarden confusing different workspaces I'm also having issues with saving updated passwords into Bitwardens vault I'm also logged into my Mozilla account I'd like help troubleshooting this, thanks

While Using Youtube : from the starting page (that comes up with multiple Clips displayed), I attempt to do the following: By selecting Open Link in a new tab, or Open Link in Split View (So I can Watch a specific clip without loosing the original displayed clips on the starting "face Page") ...the selected Opened Link Immediately Becomes Greyed Out And Refuses to Play the the Clip. To watch that clip I must close the video clip that I selected to then return to the original opening page to then Move the pointer back over the smaller box-clip that I want to watch, leaving the pointer on that clip is the only way to watch the clip. This Just Started Happening Recently...... This is Happening Every time..... Apparently, if you want to watch ANY of the displayed clips from a Start "Face Page" you can Only watch by hovering the mouse pointer on that specific Small Box Clip on the starting page...I can't bookmark that page without selecting the page to another Face Page, which then looses the smaller multiple clips on the original face page that I started on.

When trying to access my Tablo units via my.tablotv.com, the browser appears to see the units (or perhaps it is using prior access data, I don't know). But when selecting a Tablo unit to connect with, the result is a "continuing" message with the usual circle, but then nothing else-- neither the expected successful connection nor the usual "problem connecting" message when something is wrong. I can still access the units as usual using firefox on my Chromebook, which I presume hasn't updated Firefox the same way. These are the older Tablo units, not the different system they are selling now.

I'll attach a screenshot. I did try "repair"ing Firefox using the built in Windows functionality, but that didn't seem to change anything. I was thinking of trying to uninstall firefox and reinstall it, if you think that might work. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Stephen Hedges
