I have a problem using a website called TherapyNotes with the Firefox browser, even though this was not an issue until recently. It seems even though camera permissions are enabled, Firefox is unable to connect to my camera for my telehealth sessions. The light indicating my camera is in use comes on for a second, then immediately turns off. I am also unable to even start a session and coast with voice only. The window to start my session never pops up. I have put in a ticket and been in contact with TherapyNotes going back and forth for the past couple of weeks. Their tech support insists it is an issue with Firefox since I can utilize their site completely on other browsers. I much prefer to use Firefox for the security, so I'm hoping there's something you can tell me to do to make it work.

When attempting to drag/Insert picture into email text, the message "The following files couldn't be attached: filename.jpg. Please try again later." appears. Firefox 133.03 64-bit is up to date on Windows 10. I have not been able to find a solution. The dragged/Inserted picture always ends up outside the email text box and cannot be moved into it for placement or scaling. What is a solution? Is this something new or do I need to reload Firefox?

It worked last Christmas!!! It is not important now that the holiday is over but would like to fix it.

Hi! Firefox has been my default broser for many years. I recently started using Biketerra https://biketerra.com/ Whwn I try to start a ride I get the error message shown in the screen shot. 'Your Browser Does Not Support Bluetooth'

Version 133.0.3 (64-bit) Windows 10 Desktop PC Bluetooth Dongle

The browsers reccomended in the screenshot work without any issue.

Is this a known limitation of Firefox, or am I missing a setting somewhere? :-)

On my new page, I have lots of pinned links to the pages I most frequent. I wish I could set the default for these links so when I click once, it opens in a new TAB automatically.

I know I can write click, but it seems like and easy setting to do this for any link!

Firefox browser started to work very slow for the last 3 days. The only new that was dona on my PC it was I installed GlipGrab for downloading from YouTube. I checked Microsoft Edge browser. It works normally.

i had a snuffleupigus mess with my hard drive during an upgrade, and had to install a new drive. i still can access my original drive, just not boot from it. this means with my new install i cannot open firefox to back up my old book marks but can find the book mark file. how can i restore these bookmarks using the actual file? no it's not an html file as far as i can tell. i wound up upgrading from win 10 to win 11 so the versions are slightly different

If uploading a .gpx file (list of GPS track points - in XML format), FF will open a tab then another etc quite quickly. It also creates a 0 byte file in the downloads directory. This happens eg if using the Google maps to gpx converter (https://mapstogpx.com/).

If FF is closed down, on restarting it just continues - infinite loop.

The way to stop is invoke FF by clicking a saved link or from command line with a url as argument. This stops the loading of the gpx as your chosen page is loaded instead. You can then hover over the existing GPX tabs and select remove duplicate tabs.

Since about October 2024 suddenly in Firefox all checklists of synchronized iCould Notes appear with the checkpoints shown just as black boxes and cannot be used anymore with a checkmark Y/N as before. Pls see the picture attached.That is not the case on Microsft Edge. What can I do?

I have been using Firefox for years..and Quickbooks on line(intuit). Overnight I can no longer access my account. I can log in but but now Firefox is stuck in the loading screen. I do have access on Chrome. Any ideas? (the green dots are the loading animation..they just keep spinning.) mm

So, I was going down a research rabbit hole on my phone (Firefox for Android 133.0.3), and wanted to transfer the tabs to my PC. Apparently, sending 259 tabs is not really an intended use case, as only 99 of those tabs transferred (tab sending wasn't batched either), and now I can't send any tabs from or to my phone. I just get the error "unable to send" on my phone, and tabs sent on any PC don't arrive either. I tried signing in and out on those devices, but nothing works.

I'm using a Protonmail alias. When I copy my Hide-my-alias address in Protonmail using the Copy icon, the popup says Alias copied to clipboard it doesn't paste. Not sure if this is a Proton or FF issue. Looks like it's mot being copied.

I clicked on my new HideMyAddress alias address, clicked on my alias copy icon, says copied.

It won't paste into the address field of a new email. Clipboard History is enabled. I can paste any History entry but not the alias I copied using the copy link next to the alias link.

To copy it to clipboard, I have to :

Open all alias' Sign back into account Highlight the alias address, copy Then it will paste

Tested with Brave browser:

Logged into Proton.me Copied alias and pasted into new email To address, it works.
