With some emails in Outlook on Firefox, clicking on a link within the email gives me a new blank window, with its address line saying something like this: (name of original site, then) ".list-manage.com/track/click?u=ca38acd 82fe622b7" etc etc... This doesn't happen with all emails, but often enough and in some of my most-used sites... I'm on a new HP desktop. Can anyone help?

I disabled graphics acceleration and I have the same problem. I tried several distros, it's the same thing each time, Firefox crashes and it's impossible to surf. could someone help me? I'm on opensuse thunbelweed

I've been trying to install an add-on that is in the .zip format. I set xpinstall.signatures.required to false and restarted the browser, yet Firefox keeps telling me the add-on cannot be installed because it's not verified. Is there a way to change this?

I like Firefox and am using it for years, but I cannot accept lengthy loading time. I have a fast and stable internet so this is not the problem. Please let me know what the problem is and how to fix it.

Nightly updated this morning and the help menu from the sandwich has stopped working. The menu options display, but none of them function. Mouse click makes the menu disappear as if it's going to show the panel attached to the option.

hi, i had to reinstall all my windows , after that whit the new fire fox reinstalled , many pages that load well now they dont , problems of autenticitcity, broken page page icon over images.

in my tablet and phone dont the same pages load well and in the computer too before the reinstall.

This pops up every few hours. Sometimes it pops up invisible but steals focus from the main window. How can this be disabled?

I tried all methods that have been mentioned everywhere on the Internet, including policy.json, Group Policy on Windows, etc. Nothing disables this nagging yet.

Why is Firefox backing up my bookmarks in a json file, when Firefox itself doesn't recognise the file type when trying to restore said bookmarks? I WAS able to restore my bookmarks by converting the json file at https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/bookbackreader.html. But why can't Firefox just back up as an html file like to used to? I had to go off searching the internet for a solution, turning what should've been a 5 minute job into nearly an hour 😕

These elements work perfectly in other browsers like Chrome and Safari.

Specifically, I've noticed that some JavaScript-based interactive features, like quizzes and drag-and-drop activities, either don't load or don't function as expected. I've already cleared the cache and ensured that Firefox is updated to the latest version, but the problem persists.

I have been trying to contact support about an issue regarding being able to change my account password to the page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form, however I cannot seem to submit any information. When I try, the page reloads, followed by multiple uncaught errors observed in the console, including a cross site origin request block error (in the latest stable Firefox). My browser settings use the standard browser privacy setting, and custom DNS.

Regarding the error I was trying to report, I am unable to change my password, receiving "incorrect password" despite entering the correct current password. In the browser console, a POST response with error 400 is shown.

I'm a web developer working for the public radio show This American Life. We have a web audio player on the website and recently I noticed it stopped working in Firefox. Looking closer at the issue, I realized that Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking one of the scripts (pdst.fm - Spotify). Because ETP is turned on by default, I'm hoping there's a way to help bring this part of the site back to functioning without bypassing the Spotify script, as currently that's out of my power. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! I don't like the automatically updated extensions -feature, it seems to have been turned on nowadays, it has been maybe a year or two when you had control to update them by hand! I don't like this feature and it seems to now be in every browser that I use, Firefox, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi! Is there a way to turn this function off? Maybe a commandline function or an editable thing in a configuration file! Other browser developers should also think about this! I think Firefox has been a good browser to use, I used to use Opera but changed to Firefox quite accidentally when having to install things again!

but i don't see option to enable autofill on desktop. On mobile, autofill only shows USA ans Canada. Why Chrome allow me to use address autofill and Firefox not?

Until a few days ago, my Firefox would save all the tabs from the previous session. But now it does not, and I still have all the necessary settings enabled. I noticed that it will save the previous session IF I use the Firefox "EXIT" from the "File" menu. However if I use close the session using the upper right hand corner Windows close box (where the "X"), it does NOT save the tabs from the session. I also notice that when I close the Firefox window using the Windows close box, that Firefox (several) show still running under the Windows Task manager, but not when I use the "File:Exit". Running the current FIrefox version 127.0 (64-bit) under Windows 11.

I have had an issue for months where streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Max, and Amazon Prime will not work on Firefox. I am updated to the latest version, 127.0 (64-bit), and am able to successfully log in to these streaming services, but without fail get an error message when I attempt to stream a video. Netflix returns a F7531 error, Max returns an error code, and Prime Video says I cannot stream without the latest version of the browser even though I am up to date. I have restarted and updated Firefox multiple times, have toggled and uninstalled extensions and nothing has worked. The extensions I currently use are Auto Tab Discard, Google Analytics Opt-Out, Honey, Return Youtube Dislike, Search by Image, Shinigami Eyes, Sponsorblock for Youtube, UBlock Origin, To Google Translate, and Video DownloadHelper.

Youtube audio is extremely slow, I reckon at 10%, but the video is fine and can be sped up or down. The problem persists even in troubleshooting mode, after cache clearing, hardware acceleration turned off, enabled DRM and widevine, driver updates, in private mode or not, logged in or not, firefox restarts, computer restarts.

But Youtube plays fine in Chrome and Edge.

I dont think I didnt anything drastically different, or updated win10 or firefox, or messed with anything. It was working fine a day ago.

Is there any way to reset something?
