I have changed my email address. My old one is CLOSED. I am unable to make any changes to my current Mozilla account because I am sent a code to my CLOSED email. I have run in to this with other accounts before. It doesn't make sense!

When I attempt to login to VirginMail, I get the following error:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

It works in Microsoft Edge

Hello there. I need some help in getting rid of that smaller google search tab in my upper left hand corner. I have google search as my search engine in Firefox. That works just fine. It comes up in middle of my page like it should. When i go to open up Firefox on my desktop it opens up just fine but on upper left hand corner of google search page there is another google search tab which is much smaller. I don't want that at all. How do i get rid of it and just have the bigger google search in middle of page. Thank You. [removed email from public]

Is this real? Benne having problems in Firefox can't us the "move to function to file emails. It dfaults to create new. I asked a question in the support page and now I get the email. Firefox options, preferences and settings was edited by Mozinet. First time for this one.

} This produces a fading transition of the images on all browsers, but in firefox it will not implement the fading transition but just replaces the images without the transition.

I'm trying to reset my Firefox account password. I know my password is correct, because I just signed into my Firefox account with it.

Every time I try to change the password however, it tells me my old password is incorrect. I know it's not incorrect because as stated, I just signed into my account with it.

Not sure exactly how to fix this one, any suggestions welcome.

why is literally every setting on this horse [redacted] browser over the top complicated? trying to watch a show but I can't because I dont know how to disable ad block for one site, what was wrong with the pause button? why do I need a super secure password just to come on here and get help? why cant I use mozillasucks as a password? are y'all trying to make chrome look user friendly? why have my saved log ins moved to pop up tab where I have to copy and paste them? what was wrong with the drop down menu when you click the box to type your sign in info? as someone who genuinely doesn't care for or understand the IT side of things you make using this browser a nightmare.

On twitter, if i middle mouse click on a tweet, it open in a new tab and switch immediately to it, even if the setting is disabled

Middle Mouse clicking on links anywhere else works as it should, it only do it on twitter for some reasons. Shift middle mouse doesn't work either

But clicking on an IMAGE on twitter does work normally.

I haven't yet found the correct configuration to do this.

What I want is: 1. History should either not be saved, or alternatively auto-deleted after a certain time (e.g. only keep history of the past hour), or as a last resort get deleted when closing the browser. 2. I want to keep the ability to restore recently closed tabs. I realize this is a bit in conflict to not having a history, but just remembering the last few closed tabs would be enough, or all tabs closed in the last few minutes. 3. When I restart the browser, I want it to restore my previously open tabs 4. I want to keep cookies and logins (i.e. not get logged out everywhere, and have the cookie dialogues after restarting the browser). 5. Not super important, but ideally I want to keep my saved favicons/website logos in the bookmarks and on the new tab page.

So basically I just want to way for the history to be empty or automatically pruned, without sanitizing any other data on exit or browsing in a kind of permanent private mode.

When I select an item in an amazon page I get script that is overlay on the page. Hi ! J'utilise firefox depuis très longtemps sans me rendre compte qu'il connaissait ma position, et n'ai pas de problème avec ça. C'est quand j'ai voulu lui dire que j'habitais aux États-Unis pour changer la langue et le type de résultats (correspondant à ce dont j'ai besoin, mes études et recherches) que je me suis retrouvé coincé ; il ne m'affichait que mon adresse, toujours des résultats en français et aucun résultat pertinent malgré ma langue anglaise. Que faire ?

Hello, Sir/Madam On the website, there are blank page (site can't be reached). https://capapkcutmod.pro/ Despite appearing to have been contacted at the top left, the page remains blank. Is there a reason why Brave doesn't load the website properly?

I recently uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it directly from the microsoft store as it was very slow (probably due to not being updated) and I am sad to see all my bookmarks and important information is gone. Is there any way I can restore it? Thank you in advance.

Every birthday I reset my pc too have a nice fresh start. well today I reset my pc and I went to login in and the password is wrong I don't know why it is but it is. I did sign in through google and that worked but it wont let me get back all my stuff without the password (even though im signed in through google?) please help

All of a sudden my visitor counters stopped working in Firefox . I have only ever used Firefox . I checked EDGE browser visitor counter visible . I checked CROME browser visitor counter visible . Cleaned and cleared my Firefox browser . No help . What is going on ?

Due to a recent update, Firefox has changed its search results in the URL search bar.

I used to be able to turn off ALL search suggestions other than bookmarks. However, now it shows expanded results based on my bookmarks that are actually NOT bookmarked pages.

NOTE: This appears as separate behavior from Firefox Suggest. However it is linked to the settings for Firefox Suggest. The heading "Firefox Suggest" in the URL bar provides the correct link.

For example, I have a single page bookmarked from wrapbook, but instead of suggesting that bookmark it suggests the root domain/homepage.

I have no interest or purpose in visiting that homepage, but hitting enter it will autofill to that page. This is super annoying as it's not in my history or bookmarks.

Turning off bookmarks completely in Firefox Suggest settings fixes this behavior, BUT it means I have no access to my bookmarks from the URL search bar. This makes it a 3 step process to open bookmarks then, and is a poor UX design.

I have copied my settings and example screens below for reference.

I'm using the current version 118.0.2 (64-bit). Windows 10 Pro x64

Previously I turned off all search suggestions and it worked correctly. Just FYI, I also whitelist all websites and use restricted/strict cookie settings. The only cookies that are retained between sessions are those that I manually add to the "exceptions" section of settings. All other history and cookies are cleared.
