Our main computer (Windows 8 also) was working correctly yesterday with Firefox. This morning it will not allow us to go to some sites. Noticed an update went through yesterday. Have tried troubleshooting the problem. Refreshed Firefox. Even reinstalled Firefox. Still not going to most sites. it will go to Facebook. It will go to Google. It will not go to most, including the Mozilla help page. This behavior persists whether it is via WiFi or Ethernet with Cox, or Dial-up with NetZero.

Since the latest version of Firefox I cannot simply open attachments to Yahoo emails. I have to waste time to download and save the attachments before I can view them. How can this be fixed? Or, how can I download a previous version of Firefox and not have any updates?

I have Firefox version 97.0.2 (64 bit) for Windows. Lately, every time I start up the browser, it's trying to install an update. I haven't had this problem before with Firefox (and I've been using it for several years now). Is there something I need to do to stop this?

Normally it would simply pop up as Elk Grove Village as that is the website this is in, but it does not and I can not enter the name of the city in the box provided. Hi. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to display all 3 rows of toolbar bookmarks in my bookmark toolbar? It used to show 3 rows, but I changed my monitor's display settings to make the text bigger, and now I can only see the first row of bookmarks at the top of the screen in Firefox. Thanks.

I have an issue related to copying the address from the website. When I try to copy the Location address from the webpage [removed] it does not allow me to copy the address. I have tried many times but it does not allow me to copy the address.

After downloading the latest version of Fire Fox I cannot block email senders, delete email, or search thru my email account. I can't send a screen shot as nothing shows. There is no error message. It is just that I cannot use my Yahoo email account like I could before the download so I have had to use Chrome with my Yahoo email in order to function. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to fix things? Thank you.

After I take a screenshot -- using the very handy FF command that now sits on my address bar -- a message box opens in the bottom right of the screen that says, Duh, "your shot was copied to the clipboard" and then gives instructions for pasting it. Although that seems to be fairly elemental information that is unnecessary, even if there is a good reason to keep it, must that message window always be in the same position? That is really a problem as it obscures one's ability to navigate on a page upon which he may be working. Look at the attachment. The FF window is covering the location where I want to put my cursor to work on that page that is in the background. In this case, I wanted to make sure the cursor was positioned in a different place for another screenshot I might put there (below the existing one).

Since I'm familiar with pasting or copying the screenshot and how to do that before this window opens, how can I remove for all screenshots, now and in the future, this window opening?
