Team, I have inadvertently been using 2 different Firefox accounts (for years now), each with one of my primary email addresses. I have a new phone and have been trying to Synchronize both of my laptops to it, thus discovering my problem.

It seems that I have created 2 different Firefox Accounts, each with 1 of my primary email accounts, but both of which have the same profile picture. (Which is why I didn't recognize this before.)

Is there a way to combine my 2 Firefox accounts but keep both of my primary email addresses (thus Merge or Combine, not remove 1)? This will allow both of my 2 laptops have the same configuration and keep all my saved passwords/logins/bookmarks/etc.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

For Reference, my devices are: 2x Windows 11 Laptops 1x Android Smartphone.

Yesterday Firefox started closing at random, sometimes instantly as soon as I open it. The crash dialog doesn't open, and if I go to about:crashes my most recent unreported crash is from 2019. Tried refreshing, reinstalling, completely wiping all profiles and starting fresh. If I use troubleshooting mode it won't open properly at allI am at a bit of a loss, any ideas?

I want to never have to touch the preference again.

TL;DR: Moved firefox browsers, didnt properly export passwords, uninstalled other browser, had logins.json from profile folder, needed to know how to import manually.

Fixed. I just installed the older browser, and properly exported the passwords this time.

I am seeing a generic icon appearing instead of Firefox logo post installation on Mac.

Hello. I'm a journalist and I have relied on Onetab to save my research links. This morning, a number of tabs that I had open kept crashing, so I restarted Firefox. The restore function did nothing to refresh those tabs.

What's more distressing is that my saved tabs in Onetab (saved over a number of months) appear to have been completely wiped out.

Unfortunately, my last Time Machine backup was in April of this year, but I do use Idrive to back up regularly.

If anyone can help me to restore these tabs, I would be very appreciative!

all drop down menus such as donwloads/history/extensions/application menu suddenly have turned from dark to white in all of my created themes. I have not made any changes to my computer system, it's set to dark, firefox color scheme is also set to dark, I've tried automatic, played around with different combinations, that didn't change anything, and I've tried changing it in about:config, and everything in there is already set to dark.....i've no idea what to do at this point. I've reposted a few of my themes, hoping they would update back to dark, but that also didn't work. I'd really appreciate some help with this!

New user here. My web search results dont fill the screen, they always require scrolling down to see the whole page at once (as designed). why are the top 2 bands 3 times as tall as the font in them, they use up valuable space. see snip insert below. i have trouble enough with windows 10 without squinting and all this needless scrolling down looking for the rest of the buttons. I use LastPass and its truly infuriating how big the boxes are and how hard to find the information, particularly the "go" buttons. TYIA Shandy

As of 12/1/23 Firefox browser on Windows PC is freezing up and not responding. Multiple reinstalls, cache clearing etc not fixing issue.

This was my fix for scrolling not working when hardware acceleration enabled. Upgraded this software product: X-Mouse Button Control (of Highresolution Enterprises) to latest release 2.20.5

New Answer to Old Question: FF 118.0.1 Snap for Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS, Try FF Hamburger Menu > More Tools > Customize toolbar > Cursor NOW Becomes Hand tool. Move Icons, Select: Done in lower Rt Corner and Enjoy. Seems to Hold After Reboot.

When double clicking on an email msg in Outlook, Firefox opens a new pop up screen, but it is blank. Using EDGE (and with same add ons), and doing the same thing, it works and am able to see my email message. How come Firefox doesn't do same?

When using Firefox on my PC I am usually (not always) unable to load email content when using icloud.com. I am signed into my icloud account in Firefox and am up to date with Firefox. I can see email content when using Outlook, when using ios on my iphone and ipad, and even when using icloud.com on my ipad. Just not when using icloud.com on my PC. What gives? This used to be an occasional thing and has now turned into an almost always thing.
