Following a recent update of my bios (AMD Ryzen) of my PC the on-board sound system failed. I chased down the issue, got a sound card to circumvent the on-board circuits, and had sound once again but for my FireFox (Ver 133.0.3, on Windows 11 Home, Ver 10.0.22631 Build 22631). Testing with alternate browsers (Edge, Opera) the sound works, as do my downloaded games and music but no joy with FireFox.

My question: Is this a known issue being addressed for a future update or are my circumstances an outlier issue?

I would like to open attached docs and print them. They are appearing all black with some verbiage, or multiple pages are all white. What is going on? How can I fix this? Step by step instructions, please. Technically challenged. I do NOT use cloud. will not be using it due to privacy and hacking issues. I save everything to my harddrive.

Using Firefox on Windows 11 I cannot access DocuSign files. I need to send a form to an on-line bank and want to use the DocuSign function. When I click on that option on the site all that displays on the screen is DOCUSIGN but the feature doesn't show. I tried turning off security addons such as Privacy Badger and Ghostery but that didn't help. I can get to the feature using Edge but I really don't like using that. Is there a setting that I've missed that may cause the disconnect?

Evil Corp (aka Microsoft) updated my Windows 11 PC from 24H2 to 25H2 and now I cannot access quite a few websites (i.e. Amazon, Bank!, etc.) and some take a long time to load (surprisingly, my Firefox Home page...Google...also takes a while to load) . I searched the internet and found many so called fixes and most are very complicated and many contradict others. A lot of them say to disable DNS and reset network stack (using the command prompt) which I do not know how to do even though I worked in the tech business for 40 yrs (mainly data networking)...I retired 20 yrs ago...so I'm old...so I'm not as savvy with computers as I used to be. I tried changing a few Firefox settings, but nothing worked, so I changed them back to the original settings that worked before the update. If someone could give me detailed (and hopefully simple) instructions to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm am in a bind, so a timely response would be great. I have a new desktop i7 computer with 16 GB of RAM. Why are my Firefox browser screens locking up? I'm running Windows 11 Pro. I don't have this problem with Chrome.

Firefox (current version:137.0.2 64-bit) does not allow drag from outlook on the web and drop on windows 11 file explorer. It shows a forbidden sign when i am dropping on file explorer.

How this problem can be solved?

I currently use Norton360. I attempted to use their Driver Updater and later Utilities software. Neither worked to any satisfaction. Does anyone know of an all in one program that satisfies these categories using Windows 11?

Hello, I am experiencing unexpected behaviour with local storage in Firefox Portable ESR 102.1.0 on Windows 11. In particular, the data is not deleted as expected after closing the application, even after clearing the cache in my code, the data persists when I open the application the next time. This behaviour is observed under windows10 but is common under windows11.

I suspect that this issue may be related to:

• Interactions between Firefox Portable's cache management and Windows 11's system-level caching
• Specific behavior of the ESR 102.1.0 version on Windows 11

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide any insights or solutions.

I have tried everything. I've gone into the permissions, I have it set that everything is allowed. I reset and forgot the sites multiple times, zoom and Google Meets, and when I reload still the same issue. It says I do not have a camera. The camera works for both Edge and the camera app on my laptop. I even checked my settings on my laptop, and Firefox has permission to access my camera. However, in the camera request history, it does not show that Firefox asked for access to my camera. It also says the last time it accessed my camera was last year, but I have been trying to get it to work this entire time. I am updated with Windows 11 and the latest update of Firefox. How do I fix this? Is it an issue with Firefox or Windows?

Firefox just keeps getting slower and less responsive. I've cleared the history etc and run my Avast cleanup premium which helped a little, but the other browsers just put it to shame. I hate to switch because I love the user interface, but............ its just frustrating. Windows 11 latest updates.

I used to play World of Tank and look at YouTube on my second screen. Everything went smooth untill this week. YouTube on Firefox on my second screen is lagging or freezing. I tried Opera, I tried Edge it worked fine, but with Firefox, it is no more possible to play YouTube on my second screen while playing. It is not a matter of graphic hardware as this issue only happen with Firefox. I tried to deactivate every module and to reinstall Firefox (either the Beta version) but still got the same lagging and freeze on YouTube. Do you need anything that can help you to investigate this issue, this is really terribly frustrating and boring.

Firefox is misdirecting me to a Microsoft Sales page instead of taking me to Outlook. This issue began several weeks ago and is ONLY happening on Firefox. Chrome, Brave and other browsers work correctly. I'm using Windows 11 and Firefox's latest versios.

Yesterday my audio on Firefox worked, today it doesn't. I tried all the regular trouble shooting solutions. - My system volume is not 0 - My tabs aren't muted - My headphones are turned on and working fine (audio works everywhere but Firefox) - I uninstalled and reinstalled my Firefox - I uninstalled and reinstalled my headphone audio drivers - Audio also does not work in a private browser, so I know the issue it's related to extensions, cookies, etc. - I had Windows 11 do a quick diagnostic, so the issue isn't Windows 11 related

Usually when this issue occurs, it's as simple as switching from "default" to a specific speaker in volume mixer, but Firefox is not appearing in volume mixer like it did in the past, as shown in the screenshot below.

I don't know what else to do at this point. In previous documentation here, the solution for some people was to wait and it eventually fixed itself, but I'd rather not have audio for weeks to months on end, so has anyone found another solution by chance?

I've used Firefox for many years. The past month or so weather radar doesn't come up on multiple weather sites, pages are slow to load or don't load, getting error codes on video's, pictures don't always load, and many other problems. I uninstalled Firefox and re-installed the current browser and I still have all these problems. I'm having to use another browser now. I run Windows 11 on my PC.

As I was downloading a video from Google Photos, it showed the yellow by the download arrow and said it failed. I tried multiple file types: mpeg, jpeg, mp4, exe. I googled what to do and my answer was: Disable extensions, start in safe mode, clear cookies, clear history, clear download history. I did all that and I can still not download. I restarted my computer and nothing changed. on FF version 136.0.2
