Had an IMPORTANT list of websites that were listed just below the top search bar. They have disappeared, and I need them back where are they and how do I place them back where I had them. Signed, Technically challenger senior that requires step by step instructions, basic skills please :)

I am having terrible problems with my Outlook email account and want to create a gmail account. After I create my User name and password I am asked to verify a QR Code. One must have a Smart phone to verify it and I only have a plip phone which does not work.

I was told that if I went to your browser and opened a private or incognito internet window and went to the google Account sign in page I could skip the verification code and continue with creating the gmail account.

Can you help me?.

Some files that are visible in my PC's directory are not visible to Firefox to upload to attach to a Google g-mail, even though they are visible and uploadable to g-mail in Chrome. I created 4 similar (all pdf) files (printed from Adobe), but only 2 are visible to Firefox!!??

This has happened before. I try re-creating the invisible files, but have no success.

Unless I can fix this issue, I'll have to stop using Firefox.

Using Windows 11. Recently all of my bookmarks have stopped working. They appear labeled correctly, but with a "globe" like icon and no longer function. I'm logged in and hit sync, but nothing seems to restore them.

I've attached image showing my tool bar. This impacts all of my bookmarked sites.

Since my last 'Firefox' update, I am unable to connect (get logged in) with my bank online. It says...'routing...', but never connects. If I use Chrome or Edge to log in it works perfectly. Firefox is my preferred browser but that may have to change. I have Windows 11 as my OS. Yes, this has happened before when Firefox updates, but eventually it gets corrected, then, when a new update hits, the problem is back. Mozilla...please fix this, it happens with almost every update!

About every 1/2 hour I get this popup asking how to open a spotify link, with spotify or Firefox. see image that's great if I've actually clicked on a spotify link, but I haven't clicked on any links. So it's pretty annoying I'm fully updated on 152.0.3 (64 bit) window 11 up to date any ideas how to stop this?

Hi! I'm on my work computer; we use Chrome officially, but I've just downloaded Firefox specifically to use the VPN. When I click on 'Get started' on the 'Try Firefox's built.in VPN' button, it takes me to the sign-in page, and when I hit 'continue', it returns to the original screen and the 'Get started' button.

This message "We are experiencing some temporary issues. The market data on this page is currently delayed." display by Firefox every time I get into finance.yahoo.com recently, but not by other browser. search the message online and follow the steps try to solve the problem and not success.

For the last 2-3 weeks, the browser has been freezing when opening new tabs. This doesn't happen all the time, but the same tabs can open correctly or the browser stops working when they are opened. The work stops for 10-20 seconds. The browser does not respond to clicks, but if you press the Win key, the window turns bright and "not responding" appears on top of the frame. I was trying to solve this problem on my own. I ran it in safe mode, disabled hardware acceleration, updated drivers for the integrated graphics and discrete graphics card, disabled all extensions, created a new profile, reinstalled the browser completely - none of this helped, the browser still freezes when opening new tabs. I also cleaned the download history, changed the proxy settings, and disabled Windows Defender. What else can I try to do to fix the browser?

I was trying to use the VPN option on the Fire Fox browser and it will not let me use it. I press the get started tab, sign in, and when it asks me to turn it on it simply just shows me the get started window again and it doesn't change. Is there anyway to fix this? Please let me know.

I've reported literally EVERY SINGLE ARTICLE ABOUT HER in an attempt to maybe hint to the grand ol algorithm that I have NO interest in her life, marriage, or whatever else keeps getting beamed into my eye sockets. Nothing has worked. No dismissing, no reporting, NOTHING keeps me from seeing another article about her. I DON'T CARE WHAT SHE'S DOING STOP SHOWING ME ARTICLES!!! PLEASE!!

I have Bitdefender SecurePass Installed, enabled and populated but I can't put an icon for it on my toolbar or, apparently, actually activate it in any other way. Bitdefender suggests there is a bug in Firefox causing this. They suggested that setting Firefox to save history should fix it but it didn't. They also suggested that working in incognito mode might be the problem. I have tried turning off incognito mode and this still has not solved my problem.

When I originally set up SecurePass, it worked fine - the logo icon appeared on the toolbar and it activated when required. I then had a problem with getting multiple popups that purported to be warnings from Firefox about viruses and trojans. I eventually had to completely uninstall and then reinstall Firefox in order to get rid of the popups and now I have this problem with being unable to actually use Bitdefender SecurePass.

FF dev 155.0b5 (but this has been ongoing for 1+yr). W11p. Is there somewhere in settings where I can "disable" whatever is blocking videos from being seen? (for example BBC news videos). I have to go to troubleshoot mode to watch. I have previously disabled all potential blocking exts like ghostery & UBlock, but to no effect (still no videos). I have looked in security in settings. Otherwise, I either go to troubleshoot or open chrome. Or, is there an extension that will allow that video viewing? Please advise, thank you.

Hi I very often have problems playing videos on X/Twitter but not all of the time. Some videos just won't play but others do no problem. It's very frequent though and i have searched for a solution to this and can't find one.

usually when i click my keyboard's knob thing, it will pause and unpause whatever media is playing. but recently it's stopped doing that. it will work for anywhere between 2 mintues to 30 minutes, but eventually it stops. the only way to make it work again is to refresh the page or start a new page. the troubleshooting steps i've taken is: -close other media software (spotify, other tabs etc) -gone to abouy:config and typed in mediakey to check it works. also turned it off and on for good measure -turned off xbox gamebar -turned my pc off and on again. none of those worked i also thought it might be autoplay being turned off, but it didnt do anything. please help. thank you
