Just letting you know that I tried to place a order on lds.org..I could not place it . I called the lds church and they said there was a problem using your website They recommended google dhrome

as of last week sometime, videos in my CRM (customer relationship manager) have stopped working. When I use a different browser, ie: Edge, everything works correctly. My CRM company tried to dupliocate the issue on their system using Firefox but they were not having the same issue. Something in my Firefox version 138.0.1 is causing an issue. Can you help troubleshoot and correct my issue?

Hi, I’m facing a strange issue with my website https://boothcool.net. It works perfectly on Chrome and other browsers, but on Firefox, it randomly stops loading and just shows a blank white page. No error, no message just a completely blank screen.

I usually check my website regularly by reloading it multiple times a day to ensure everything is functioning properly. Today, when I tried doing the same in Firefox, the site stopped responding. I thought it could be a temporary internet or server issue, so I restarted Firefox and tried again, but the same blank page appeared.

To confirm, I opened the website in Chrome and other browsers, and it loaded without any problem. I also contacted my hosting provider to check if there was a server-side issue, but they confirmed everything was working fine on their end.

I even followed a few guides from Firefox support, including this one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1231445 — but unfortunately, nothing helped in resolving the problem.

Would appreciate if anyone can help me understand what might be causing this on Firefox.

I’ve been facing an issue while trying to access my website, pakistansolarpanelprices.pk, on my desktop using Firefox. The browser fails to load the site, showing a blank page or an error like “Server not found” or “Unable to connect.” I attempted to open pakistansolarpanelprices.pk with Firefox’s help, but it didn’t work. Other browsers like Chrome or Edge can load the website fine, so it seems to be a Firefox-specific problem. I’ve tried basic steps like refreshing the page and restarting the browser, but the issue persists. The website was working previously, and I haven’t made any recent changes to my system or browser settings that I’m aware of. Looking for solutions to fix this and get Firefox to load my website properly again. Any suggestions?

IME toggle not working in youtube chat on Firefox, even in troubleshoot mode. It works in all other applications including Chrome browser yet I prefer using Firefox so hope issue can be solved.

For about 2 weeks I have been unable to access my Portfolio in Yahoo Finance. I get this message: "There was an error while loading your portfolio data. Please try again."

However, if I load Google Chrome, then go to Yahoo Finance I can get to my Portfolio. I don't prefer how it displays but at least I can see my different folders and their current performance.

Do I have a setting in Firefox that is preventing me from access My Portfolio? I have contacted Yahoo and only got a response that they are working on it and would correct and get back to me. No response and follow up contacts have not gotten even and acknowledgement. I think problem is with Firefox since I can access the Yahoo info that I want thru Google.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do??? Problem started about when you change your Firefox software to it's new display, which I don't like BTW. I had it all set up for the news feeds and arrangements that I used for years and found very accessible. Firefox has always been my default browser but I am finding it increasingly un-user friendly.

I accidentally uninstalled Firefox and now I can't sign in to Dashlane on Firefox. I can sign in to Dashlane on other browsers, and i can sign in to other sites on Firefox.

hi, the latest update seems to have removed the entire drop down bar from ebay, (copare 2nd atatched image to first, under username etc) to get this to work i am having to go through edge browser, can you please provide a working sulotion? 1st image from firefox (missing the entire navigation bar) and 2nd from edge. i hae disabled ublock and restard browser etc but the error persists.

Facebook's help page says their "end-to-end encryption" will only work with Edge and Chrome. Is anyone at Mozilla working on making Firefox compatible with this? I only use Firefox for Facebook messaging, since I don't trust those other browsers, or the Messenger app, which I know for a fact is a trojan. But as it is, I have an incoming message that I can't read. Thanks.

Firefox will not run ITVX player but it runs BBCIplayer OK. Firefox says it is waiting for components to be installed but nothing happens, Microsoft edge runs both, firefox used to run ITVX, what is missing please?

I have a Mac Air and it is up to date. and I use Firefox browser which is up to date, but I suddenly cannot access a website to which I have a subscription which is paid up through November. The website is 'Mypilatestime' and now when I try to access it, it states 'forbidden' and is blank. I can access it on Google Chrome but Firefox is my preferred browser. Why can't I access it as usual? Please send a fix ASAP!!

The dashboard on my landing page isn’t displaying correctly. Here's the link to a sample dashboard for reference: https://kohnur.com/jessicanguyen.

When you open the page in some browsers (like Google Chrome), everything appears correctly and completely. However, in Firefox, the dashboard doesn't the whole dashboard. I’ve attached a couple of screenshots to show the difference in how it's rendering.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how to fix it?

I have an Office 365 account through work and I'm using Copilot frequently. In Firefox I have a pinned tab for Copilot.

In recent weeks I've run into issues where the Copilot page stays essentially blank, i.e. the message field to enter text does no longer appear. The Office Toolbar still appears and when I switch to other Office365 sites like OneDrive and Home they work just fine. The problem only exists with the Copilot page. Refreshing the page does not solve the problem.

I found a temporary work-around by clocking on the lock-button in the address bar and selecting "Clear cookies and site data...". After doing this and refreshing the page it works fine again, but only for a while (like maybe the rest of the day). I don't know exactly what makes it break, but it seems like I have to apply the work-around on a daily basis almost.

Additional Info: I've been using this setup for at least a year and the problem only appeared in the last few weeks. If I open Copilot in either Chrome or Edge I don't have this problem (but I also don't want to use Chrome or Edge).

I reported a problem here about having an inability to login to Freecycle but had no trouble when using Chrome. I now have a problem with Waitrose.com. I tried to enter the weekend competition but after entering all the data there appeared a message saying something had gone wrong and to try agian later. This I did but the same thing happened. Fortified by my experience using Chrome I tried using it to enter and did so without any problem. I tried turning off enhanced tracking but this had no effect

I have added the google maps and google.com as exceptions in the security tabs. Works in Chrome. Re started , cleared cache etc. On mac opened location to share so all green lights just can't add directions to google calendar in Firefox only...used to work.

I have been using Firefox desktop for over 15 years. However, I frequently encounter websites which do not run well on Firefox. Recent examples I remember are Virgin Atlantic, and Holiday Autos. My bank website is another relevant example. I have to switch to Chrome, which does not have this problem. Considering that Firefox releases updates rather frequently I'm surprised this has not been addressed.

Suddenly today--this has never happened before--Firefox won't allow me to log in to Facebook. It just circles, again and again, through the login process. I can log in to Facebook on Chrome and on my phone, so I know that it's not a Facebook issue. I enter my login and password, no problem. Then it sends me a code, and I enter it, and then I get a messages saying I have to "log in first" - again and again, in circular fashion. NO problems on other browsers.

On the following site "https://www.vrt.be/vrtnws/" I always get the following message, of which Screencapture has been added. This happens on three different computers. Everything is normal in Edge or Chrome.
