Touch ID is working for all sites except Apple sites. Apple sites say "Your browser must be updated to use touch ID". I can sign in to these sites with touch ID using other browsers so it appears to be an issue with Firefox

Hello, Windows 11 Firefox doesn't work with some sites e.g. - https://kanopy.com, https://my.echecks.com/..., cpb.bank and others. I have to switch to Chrome to visit those sites. I keep boosting of Mozilla and its products. I assist and try to teach other to use browsers, specifically Firefox. Then I have to direct them to Chrome because Firefox is not working with a specific site.

The past 2 days When watching Peacock, after a commercial is done it freezes but yet the show is back on. Only way to watch the show is to move the mouse after all commercials. So this is new. I watched peacock on EDGE, no glitches. I checked my speed test...all is good. Frustrating, i'm used to firefox....so FIREFOX is not compatible to Peacock. and i installed Firefox again since it was running slow, crashing glitches,& non responsive...

Hello, I been trying to open a website connected to my OTC ON MY UCARD...Everytime I try to open a page to go shopping I get a promt on the top line where MOZILLA SPPORT is right now, The promt says OPEN TOKEN FORUM, and it won't let me in, it just does nothing. I've try talking to TECH FROM WINDOWS AND HE SAYS TO CONTACT UNTIED HEALTHCARE...Well they don't know what is the peoblem either. Has anybody ever heard of OPEN TOKEN FORM?

I was unable to login to Etsy via Firefox. I thought maybe I had the wrong password so attempted to select "Forgot password" button, and was unable to do that either. I was able to login successfully via Google Chrome.

I've recently had a bit of a strange problem. I use on-line banking. When I wanted to print off the latest transactions, I proceeded as usual. Then, when I clicked 'print', the list of transactions was overwritten by an (apparent) HSBC document headed 'Reactivate your unclaimed account'. I could still print my transactions, but only at a much larger font size.

I phoned HSBC and could not get any help. It was suggested I took the printed pages into a local branch (fine suggestion with all the branches that have closed!). I did. I also took my pinpad into the bank so I could sign in on their computer. Surprise, surprise, the strange document didn't appear. The bank said that it must be my browser at fault and suggested I update the version. However, they were able to confirm that all my accounts were fault and trouble-free, with no suspicious activity.

This evening, I tried to do just that. Nowhere could I find any way of updating Firefox, so I deleted the entire app and reloaded it, using Edge. Once set up, I tried again. I still get the document. If I try using Edge, I don't get the document. Now I'm completely puzzled. What makes me even more suspicious is that this strange document shows all of my HSBC accounts, with the correct figures, but at the foot of the first page, in large letters, is the line "Are you sure you want to redirection?". Very odd language. At the head of the second page is another line "You will be token to a new page to login an view your credit card details". More odd language.

This problem has only occurred on Windows 11 - it never occurred when I was using Windows 10. My anti-virus software (Bitdefender) reports my system is clean. The problem also does not occur when using any other web browser.

My conclusion is that there is a problem between Firefox, Windows 11 and the HSBC online app.

When signing in to my sky account via Firefox I am not receiving the 2 step verification code on my phone , I had been receiving the code with no problem until 2nd April 2026 , I have not made any changes to my phone or to my firefox account or browser , when I access sky via google I receive the 2 step authentication code via my phone with no problem it is extremely frustrating as I use Firefox all the time

On February 22, my bank, (5/3.com), decided a transaction I was making using my debit card was suspicious and locked my account. I contacted them and informed them this was a legitimate transaction and they unlocked my account, and everything seemed to be alright, my card was working all seemed well. That is until I tried to log in and check my balance and I could not get in. I then contacted the bank customer service and spent over an hour with them attempting to resolve this issue to no avail. The person on the line suggested that I try another browser so I connected to Edge, entered my log in and password, (which is stored in my Mozilla), and it went right through which proved two things, my password and login were correct and the issue is with Firefox which is very odd to me since it has always worked perfectly as long as I have been with this bank. Again, this issue began when the bank lock my account and as a side note they did the same thing with my wife's account, she called and they unlocked her account and every thing works as before and she can still use her Firefox and gets right in to the same bank with no issues but not me. Again, this started on the date I provided above and I can use any other browser and I get right in with no problem but I am a loyal Firefox user and I want to only use Firefox so I hope you can assist me in resolving this aggravating issue!

Running into more sites rejecting FF as my browser. Latest as of 4/14/26 : https://carespaceportal.com/chart Had to click to ignore notice to switch to Chrome. Site seems to function w/ FF 149 so far when i log in. I used MS BING search points to extend my Win 10 edition Desktop computer 1 year... There was no mention about my MS Win 10 edition. I'm logged in,,Not sure why this FF page "unable to pull your browser’s troubleshooting data"....

Using Fire Fox to sign into Email & Online Banking is not working. banking tells me there is an error to try again. Previously it sometimes took 45 min to actually login.

Email just started today 3/19. had logged in, gone to another page, Email was logged out of. Could not log in again, got past actual log in but would not connect to site.

What is the issue Fire Fox is up to date

This last week my Firefox browser is having problems with a number of sites, Home depot, Lowes, Best buy and others. I tried cleaning cookies and cache, re-installed Firefox but nothing helped. Using Chrome, I do not have this problem. Can you help? Thank you. Tony. Below is what I am receiving. Running on a Macbook with Tahoe OS. Certain websites will not display my responses to a checkmark box. Certain websites will not permit changing a checkbox default setting. Specific example: https://cards.barclaycardus.com/ has a checkbox with remember user name defaulted to a check. Attempts to click to remove the check do not work. Also, on certain websites when entering login information that is incorrect, the message indicating to correct the item(s) in red or highlighted does not display the incorrect items in a highlighted condition. In fact at the bottom of this page, the response box labeled Email me when someone answers the thread does not display a response when I click on it, even though the "response" is accepted.

streaming sites that load on chrome, opera and brave do not load on firefox since the last update, the throbber is the only thing that loads. Running win 11 pro on a powerspec computer, 32 gig ram, onboard graphics, intel core I9 processor 12th gen I believe, has been checked and not one which had the issues

I’m facing an issue in Firefox where some icons on my website are not updating their color correctly.

I’m using SVG icons, and the color changes work fine in other browsers, but in Firefox they seem to stay fixed.

I’ve tried clearing cache and checking CSS (fill/color), but no change so far.

Is this a known issue with how Firefox handles SVG or could I be missing something in the implementation?

when attempting to login to 53.com credentials are entered, login pressed, login flashes but no login.... as if there is a pop up or something that should occur and doesn't. On edge it works fine, press login and a clock like symbol overlays the login button and then you are in....

Once you log into this page, it directs you to Microsoft CoPilot. From here the user can select which Office App they would like to open or they can open their Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Until recently, this worked fine, now though when you get directed to the CoPilot page it does not allow the user to select anything on the page. We have put the browser in Troubleshoot mode and experienced the same issue. On a separate device (outside of the network) installed Firefox and ran into the same issue. On a third device that also did a fresh install of Firefox and does not have our SentinelOne Anti-virus Software on it and experienced the same issue. We tested on a mobile device and the site works well so it seems to be isolated issue to desktop/laptops. The page loads up perfectly on all the devices with no errors, its solely when trying to click within the site that none of the functions work.

Went to VRBO website to look at a reservation and the website, which showed me as signed in, showed nothing of the reservation. Said I had no reservation,, no history of saved searches. When I used Microsoft Edge, all my previous reservations, searches etc. were accessible. I cleared my Firefox cookies, etc. still had the same problem
