Dear, you must develop an update for the ones who have old computers. I've a good computer, enough, it does not break and woks perfect. It is an iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015), with MacOs El Capitan. I can not upgrade my ios too farther. And I would like to contionue using Firefox, as it is great. So please, Why don't you develop a generic basic Firefox update wich is valid and compatible with all webs and iOS. Thank you so much for your attention, and for being there. Peace and best regards. I started adding-on "Always Secured" powered by Yahoo, then changed my mind when I saw that it switches management from Duck Duck Go to Yahoo. It has left a dialogue box on my screen that I can't seem to delete without clicking on the "okay" button. Help! How do I get rid of it? Thanks!

I believe I need to change the password in the Firefox setting to upload from Comcast. Help me please. If you have the ability to open a chat line it would be helpfull. There is no warning from Comcast e-mail so I have to periodically open it to see if I have any new e-mail.

sorry, but i needed to update, my husband passed away, this was his computer,(Linux) i have my own, (Windows 11) there is alot of important information on this computer i need to keep. Almost everything on this computer has passwords. I'm not a computer wiz, but i try to do the best that i can. I didn't mean to come across as a hacker trying to break into someone's computer

I have deleted Norton from my wife's Win7 PC, but it still tries to "help" when she is logging on to various web sites. How do we get Norton off of her Firefox?? Her Firefox is current version.

Hello, I use my providers web email promail.ptd.net , but they don't have where I can add a sound to incoming email or specific ones.. I did add the promail to your notifications,settings, but can you explain to me what the step would be to get their incoming email to make a sound of choice while using Firefox? or do i have to switch to an email program that already has that option? I wish Eudora would continue!

I was given a number as a recovery number and I’m trying to reestablish my email that is Thunderbird and also Mozilla and Firefox and I get all confused with all of that anyway it gave me a code number and every time it asks me for the code number for my recovery number It doesn’t allow me to put it in where it says confirm a button that says confirm every time I go to click it. It’s not on so I’m utterly confused and I am don’t know where to get help. The bottom line is I need to get my account fixed so I can get my email back again. I lost it a couple years ago and I’ve been struggling ever since.

Thank's for nothing mozilla. After 15 years or so I have move to MS or other browsers. With your newest update I lost my shortcut to my bookmarks on the browser. Where the fuck are my bookmarks, how can I have the shortcut to bookmarks on browser and how can I make firefox look like (with all the necessary tabs) it used to look? This white ghost appearance looks total shite.
