I am signed into Firefox on desktop and mobile using the same email. I've enabled sync and have synced. Yet my passwords from the mobile browser still don't show on desktop. And the instructions to scan a QR code don't work because they state to click the "sync and save data" option on Android, which doesn't exist for me. How do I sync?

I was using firefox for a while and i have to format my pc because of a problem and when i download it again i sync it something came back but not all of them my passwords mostly came back and all my extensitions also back but i have a lot of container and none of them came back and i sent a mail for you but it was Turkish and i get back replied and support guy said we are only taking message as a English and he said i translated your message and be sure you sync the right account and if is it the right account you can also. If you have another device that does have the data, then you can create a backup and manually restore it following the instructions in this article: that what he said but i dont have and ex data and i want to figure it out is it possible to take my cointainers exactly same because the most important reason of using firefox for me was containers.Have a good day.

Hi, I have account from Many Years on Firefox and I usually when I got New Laptop I just Login in my Account and I retrieved all my Old Bookmarks and Add Ons this Time I got New Laptop and as Usual I Loged in but I got Nothing , I didn't found my Bookmarks or Add ons

I have my bookmarks synced from two accounts on chrome. It worked fine, but now it stopped. My bookmarks toolbar is empty, except for an icon to fullscreen. It acts as if I have all of my bookmarks on there, and I can access them in the menu function. They're just not on the toolbar.

I've already hid/shown the toolbar multiple times, I've rescynced my browser data, I've fiddled with my toolbar settings, but honestly, I'm at a loss. I'm not the best with computers so if there's an obvious answer please let me know. Thank you!

I use windows 10 Pro as the main synching device to synch Firefox to my iPhone ver. 14 and ninth generation iPad. Neether the iPhone or iPad will synch. Seems like the changing of the guard in management has screwed things up that were working a few days ago.

I have an email account blocked (jgcaller129@gmail.com) and have tried the sync tab at the top corner of my computer. It sends a message with a number to this blocked email to unblock it- how am I supposed to get an email from you on a blocked account. How do I unblock this account. I have tried several times with the same result now the icon to sync isn't there anymore. PLEASE HELP This email is very important to me. You can send a reply to an alternate email account (also linked to Firefox -jgcaller15@gmail.com).

I use 1 Firefox account on 3 devices (2 PCs and a smartphone). On the first PC, the number of synchronized passwords is 1126. On the second PC - 135 (similar on a smartphone).

I pressed the "Synchronize" button many times, everything works, new tabs appear, but there are no passwords. What to do? I'm afraid that if I log out of my account on the first PC, I will lose all access forever.

I signed up and sync'd my data from my laptop before it died, but when I signed in on my desktop none of my bookmarks or passwords are the ones from my laptop account, its all still my desktop's. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and firefox automatically restored all my desktop crap. I really need my laptop's bookmarks, any advice? Thanks in advance

My old device has broken and I was wondering if there's any way to transfer the open tabs from it to my new device?

I've signed in to my account already and it ported over my history as well as bookmarks but I don't see a way to port over the open tabs? I'm not sure if they were synced and I can't go back to sync them now as the previous device is broken

I originally setup my account under a business email address that I do not operate or have access to that email. When I log in it wants to send a code to the registered email but I don’t have anyway to get that code. How do I bypass this? I’m trying to sync everything to my iPad from my desktop.

I received an email suggesting that I update my Firefox or I would lose syncing function. I have two computers. A fairly new iMac Ventura 13.6.8 running Firefox 123.0 64 bit which it says is up to date. But I also have an older iMac OSX 10.11.6 El Capiten running Firefox 78.15.0 ESR. I can't update the OS or Firefox on the old computer. So if I do nothing - will I still be able to sync on the newer Mac. I'm not too worried about the old one - I don't use it much for browsing - more for documents. Thank you. David Rimell

So I reformatted my computer today, but the process allowed me to keep all my personal files. I had made a backup in my appdata for all my passwords and bookmarks like Firefox allows when you're in Manage Passwords or Manage Bookmarks. After the formatting, I sign into my Firefox account, and it Syncs almost immediately. When I go into my appdata, the profile has been overwritten by the new sync, meaning all my passwords and bookmarks are now no longer available. Is there legitimately anything I can do??

Hello. I have been using Firefox as primary browser for long time. Today reinstall my firefox because youtube video not playing sound. But after fresh install and synced account but all my savings are gone. Passwords and bookmarks are missing. PLease help me to recover.

I had issues with my computer which got me into a situation where i had to delete all partitions of my drives, starting from 0. Signing in my firefox account in a fresh win install suddenly recovers NOTHING and i am now panicking as i had very important accounts & passwords, bookmarks, tabs, extensions, etc. I have tried other devices too without any luck. I need help recovering all these asap.
