Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me here. I use Google Fi to make and receive calls from my browser. I accidentally denied microphone permissions to Google Fi from the Firefox dropdown prompt and I cannot find how to get it back.

When I click the dropdown menu, I see no options to enable or disable permissions. I also do not see anything listed in the Security settings of the browser. When I check the google fi settings, I see it complaining about denied permissions though.

I've attached screenshots. Does anyone know where I can revoke the blocked permissions?

I just updated the Firefox browser and installed it successfully. When I tried to open the browser, I got a msg stating that the security of the page I am trying to open has not been verfied. Really don't understand that since it is the firefox browser and this came from Mozilla. How do I correct that?

i keep typing my issue that i want help with and you keep bringing me back to this page but offer no resolution to my issue. i simply want to know how to RESOLVE the data breaches thta firefox found . when i click on the link RESOLVE DATA BREACHES and it asks me for the email concerned and then says i need to log in to my firefox account. it simply repeats that it found 4 data breaches in one of my emails. but does not give directions of HOW to remove./resolve these breaches. so i am still left with the four data breaches. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I SHOULD RESOLVE THE DATA BREACH ISSUE.

Below are communication I have had with both Glarysoft Support and Hideaway VPN by Firetrust Limited. I have narrowed the issue of detection of Trojan:HTML/Phish!pz by MS Defender While running Glary Utilities. (see screenshot).

Jeremy, Thank you for your rapid response. I connected to 3 different VPN servers, and used the link you provided (https://user-support.firetrust.com/Tickets/Reply/36314) below via Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Connections to Seattle, Dallas, and Washington DC all produced the same result as before ONLY with Firefox. The issue WAS NOT reproduced by Chrome or Edge. I hope this helps resolve the problem because, I have issues with both Edge and Chrome. Particularly with their self-serving propensities.

However, on further investigation I discovered that this notice occurs when the VPN (Hideaway by -Firetrust Limited) is active. Turning off the VPN then opening Firefox and visiting the same site produced "No notice" from MS Defender during a 1-Click Maintenance/Temporary File Cleaner procedure. -Therefore, I am CCing a copy of this to Hideaway Support. Hi there, Yes, that is odd, as nothing in Hideaway itself could cause this, possibly however it is due to the IP address of the server you are connected to via Hideaway?

You can see what IP address it is in Hideaway while it is connected on the main Hideaway screen, eg the below screenshot for the NZ server:

We have set up exceptions for mail.google.com and accounts.google.com in Settings. Yet, Gmail is still asking for passwords to log in and saving them. I thought I had done all it would take to have Gmail remember them. Am I missing something?

Also, we cleared cache.

I use firefox with duckduckgo as my search engine.Every search was becoming so slow so I went to settings and deleted cookies and site data thinking this would unclog things. Now I cant access any site. Is there a way to reinstate this data?

My primary email that I used for my FireFox account was discontinued years ago and I no longer have access to it. I need to add my new email address, but the settings will not allow me to until I input the confirmation code that is sent to my discontinued email address. How do I fix this?

I could be wrong but I thought there was a button or something added to private browsing that would clear all cache, cookies, etc. We are doing testing on websites. We send the new files over to the server, then open the web page in a private window to see all our updated changes without anything loading from the FF cache. In the past, we had to close the private window each time we make a change, then reload the page in a new window. I thought there was a feature added to clear everything from a private window so I could just hit refresh in the open window and see everything fresh. Am I remembering incorrectly? I checked everywhere I could and cannot find this.

Hello My bank stores my device name in order to simplify the log-in process What they fond for me is "my firefox"+ a timestamp Naturally the timestamp does not allows me to be recognized next time... I looked through the parameters and the help subjects but could not find how to personnalize this device name

I use private browsing mode exclusively. For years I've used Tools > Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear Data > Clear > Clear Now to clear the history, cache, cookies and so on during a session without having to close the browser, or so I thought. However, yesterday I ran into a situation (dealing with tech support for software) where it became painfully obvious that that process was NOT clearing out the history. So, a couple of questions:

1. Why, why, does it take 6 clicks to do that, instead of, say, just one click on a button on the toolbar?

2. Why didn't that clear out everything?

3. Where can I look to see whether all that stuff is cleared?

How can I save the websites I've been on, who I have emailed, who has emailed me, etc. If I delete my history in case I need to go to one of those websites or past emails that I sent or someone has sent me to obtain information about something?

I can reach the login page for Duolingo.com using Chrome, but FireFox website always says I should advise the site Duplingo when I try to use Firefox. It still loads correctly in Chrome and I can use that. I've been using Duolingo in FF for years with no problem until today. I can't contact Duolingo in FF because of the same message. Suggestions please.

I had chess scores and high level thinfags i had done I wanna be able to save them even if there locked i don't give my email to just anyone because its always full but I keep scoring high close on chess and your browser keeps deleting it. Now I could do it on a normal tabe but its capped and if you cant do it I know Google has the ability I just tested it out yesterday and they have a save incognito tabs with pin options so if tou guys cant help me and give me my lost game scores and elo im deleting the app permanently today and just switching to Google, Thanks for reading Ps this happened yesterday and there was a screen lock and I chose yours because I thought it still might be easier but the screen lock went away and now I lost all of the hard work I put in thats very frustrating
