I tried working with Earthlink support, but cannot get my mouse to work correctly in their webmail. This problem just started a couple weeks ago, and today it will not scroll at all. I opened the webmail in Edge and got it to work. There is a glitch somewhere.

I can still attach through Chrome, Bing, Safari etc. Any suggestions how to solve this problem. I am NOT attaching through the Dropbox website. I am attaching through the full path showing drive etc. Thank you.

Every website I try to visit with Firefox produces a page which reads "Suspected Phishing." And when I click on "Ignore and proceed" I am taken to a blank webpage. Each web address in the URL field reads "SmartDirect.de." Firefox has thus, for me, become a useless browser.
Is there anything I can do to fix this problem with Firefox? In answering my question please bear in mind I do not have a PhD from MIT and am not an expert in computer science.

I know this is vague, but it's literally everything I can muster. I looked through the settings, and nothing there helped.
