I did everything, I deleted, I enabled cookies, cleared cache, but the next day the same message is repeated again. I'm tired of it because I have to retype my passwords every day and I'm close to permanently using MS Edge which serves me perfectly fine. Please give me the correct instructions on what to do to get Firefox to load my email normally again or I'm really going to quit Firefox forever.
Suddenly I keep getting Press and Hold to prove you're not a bot, but no matter how many times I do it I'm still back at the same Press and Hold statement.

More often than not, I can only get pages to load in a private window. I have cleared history, restarted computer, etc.
Not sure what setting will allow websites to remain open.

I have BestBuy Geek squad-and they couldn't figure it out either-but made me feel like, why would you use firefox , when there are so many other browsers that don't have this issue? Did you try chrome, microsoft edge, and the list goes on. I have read others that sound like they have similar issues-and did see about trying to get sandbox? But I couldn't seem to follow those instructions to even download. Very frustrated, should I just stop using Firefox for my mail and pick another browser for my mail???
