The password I've been using to access my stored payment methods is suddenly not working. I've tried using my Master (sorry, Primary) password and this doesn't work either

Hi. Every page I visit I get at least one message popping up with the URL at the top, the message body of "1" and the option for OK. Many pages have multiple prompts for what looks like advertising sites (based on the URLs). Sometimes I get the option to check a box saying "don't allow URL to prompt you again"

I guess it might be some sort of debugging mode? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and it still happens. I am on latest versions: Firefox 127.0.2 on a MacBook Pro (2019) with MacOS Sonoma v14.5.

Can you please help me to remove these prompts? It makes Firefox pretty much impossible to use due to multiple clicks per page load. I've tried searching for help pages but it's very hard to explain the problem to a search engine! Human needed! :)

Hello, I cannot log in to Twitter/x.com with the Firefox browser. There is a constant loop when registering. Firefox browser does not connect Twitter/X.com.

So I do not have the settings for cookies or history to be cleared i disabled that and I made sure it should save but no matter what I have to go through the struggle to sign back into everything. I've tried every fix like making a account then signing out or changing the settings nothing has worked. It's really annoying if anyone knows how to fix it that would be great

I have changed my default search engine, but the setting is not applied on my other devices. I have had to manually change it for each device. I have checked my Sync settings and everything is checked.

For the past couple of weeks I have been getting the "Hmmm, We're having trouble finding that site" error screen quite often from both searches and links from other sites. It's always happened once in a while but it hasn't been anything bothersome. However recently it has become quite bothersome because it's happening a lot! However not all the time. It's not completely broken, just mostly. And it's happening while trying to visit sites that I know and visit frequently such as Amazon, Ebay, and even sites for local businesses that I trust and know are working. I'm not having any internet issues with my home wifi, nor am I having this issue with other browsers. I have however also noticed it on my Firefox mobile browser as well. I posted about this a few days ago and got some email back about an issue with my post. If this happens with this one and I'm unable to get this resolved I will just get rid of Firefox on my devices. FF has been a long time favorite and is usually set as my default browser but if stuff like this is going to continue, I can change that real fast. There are plenty of other browsers that work just fine and have decent customer support.

I've recently had a full Windows reformat, and I'm setting my PC back up. I used the Firefox profile to resync my data to the new Firefox install, but I'm encountering a glitch with Youtube where I'm already signed in(Gmail, and all Google-related products work perfectly fine), but it's not capturing that data somehow.

I've attached a screenshot where, on the right you'll see my sign in was successful, but on the left where my user platform should be, it's prompting for a Sign in. Clicking on Sign in only refreshes the page, and I have limited options as to what I can do with my profile if I were to click on my profile picture at the top right corner. Additional screenshots labeled Firefox.jpeg and Chrome.jpeg that shows what I can see on Firefox(glitched) vs what I should be seeing normally (which I used Chrome for this example). As you can see it's severely limited, and none of the options allow me to sign out or change much of my Youtube profile.

Steps I've taken so far: - Reinstalled Firefox - Removed previous profile via profileOLD.ini - Disabled all Extensions - Cleared Cookies - Tried to add Cookies exemption for accounts.google.com and accounts.youtube.com, still a no go - Tested with several Google accounts, same issue - Tested with other browsers including Edge, Chrome, and Opera, I'm able to play Youtube normally.

It worked perfectly well just this morning before my reformat, but when I reinstalled Firefox, and it synced with my Firefox account, it just happened.

When a user opens hh.ru / headhunter.ru (famous HR portal in CIS countries) in Firefox, and then opens dev panel and tries to interact with it, especially with the code inspect tool, the whole browser stops responding.

The problem persists even on a clean Firefox profile. Other browsers (Chromium-based) work well with the dev panel on the hh.ru site.

For the past couple of days when I watch videos on YouTube on my iMac it's VERY slow to start. Sometimes it takes minutes, at which point I have to refresh, and best case it takes about 1 minute to start.

I have cleared the startup cache, cleared cookies and restarted Firefox.

Also, YouTube works normally on both Safari and Chrome.

Not a super 'tech' guy so any basic steps I can take are appreciated.

Hi, I can't open my gmail or youtube in Firefox. I run Norton Security and recently signed up to their 'clean up' software, I think this may have removed google cookies? I can access mt email by installing Chrome but I don't want it on my pc. Help!

Since my last upgrade my You Tube starts up in the tiny right hand screen, fails to go to full screen or just disappear unless I close Firefox and restart often multiple times. This only happens on Firefox and only since the last upgrade.

Notifications/New emails not popping up on Mac OS Sonoma 14.5.

I've tried everything including checking Focus Do not disturb is off, all settings in Firefox and Outlook are turned on to recieve notofictions but still nothing.

I'm on a new Mac Studio, but also found that it had started to not show notifications on the older iMac.

So I've recently shifted from Chrome to Firefox and there's his specific touch pad gesture I set up on windows settings and it acts like media controls, but it seem to be unresponsive. Tried it with Chrome and VLC media player and it worked normally. Tried setting about:config; media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled but its already set to true.

Hello! A tech rebooted my computer and all files were saved, but this person failed to do a backup of my browsers. I don't think I was logged in to any session in Firefox, but my bookmarks and passwords were saved.

Is there any way I can recover that information? I already tried and there seems to be no other sessions than the current one saved.

Recently I've notice a large amount of advertisements popping in most of the sites I visit on the Internet. This is particularly frustrating for sites where I pay to be a member, like the Ney York Times. I'm not sure there is any function in Foxfire to help me with this problem, but if there is I'd like to know about it and how to use it. Thank you.

I'm using FF v. 127.02 and would like to delete recent bookmarks that show up under bookmarks/search. I would like to disable this feature.

It seems to be a very bad idea for privacy oriented browsers like FF. to store such info. Anyone including the kids can use my computer and see my search history. Several folks have tried various fixes without success.
