I am using apache tomcat web server at 127.0.0.1 If I access Windows r %mis_int% it is opening https://127.0.0.1/postofficeinterest.html However it is displaying the warning: Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead To resolve this error I used to perform following action: Tools => Settings => Search Trust => Click View Certificates => Add exception => provide https://127.0.0.1/postofficeinterest.html Click Get cerfiicate Click Confirm security exception Press Ok Refresh https://127.0.0.1/postofficeinterest.html This is displaying updated page at local host. However I am having clogall shell script inside bash.exe (putty.exe) at localhost This used to clear all cache and files at /tmp and $TEMP directories at windows and cygwin. Due to this if I open %mis_int% again it is reporting same security warning. clog actions: 1. cd /cygdrive/c/Users/MURUGE~1/AppData/Local/MICROS~1/Edge/USERDA~1/Default/Sessions Remove all https...microsoft all wastage of memories Remove all cookies at banking/post office session related entries I need to know how to remove exception "Potential Security Risk Ahead" without adding localhost certificate again ? clogall never use .cer *.crt related sed -i actions. How do I change the order links open in new tabs? So far I've only found two orders they open in: X, X, O, X Using the above as an example, O will serve as the active tab that multiple links are being opened from. The only two orders I have found tabs will open on desktop are as follows: X, X, O, X, 1, 2, 3, 4 X, X, O, 1, 2, 3, 4, X But the order I am looking to achieve is the same order that the mobile app opens links in which is as follows: X, X, O, 4, 3, 2, 1, X I have already tried all combinations of the advanced settings "browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent" and "browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent" but still have not been able to achieve the desired order.

I went to settings and then to privacy and security and tried to find auto fill to remove credit card info. I couldn't find the setting the browser told me to find.

I am using latest of Firefox and DuckDuckGo. When I type something in the main search bar (in the middle of screen) the text moves to the search field in the toolbar area. I find this annoying. I want to text to remain in the main search bar (middle of screen). Any solution?

When I click on the Open Site in new Window button I get a new window with the following:

I tried redownloading Firefox after I saw that i was unable to download any extenstions/add-ons. Anytime i try to download something from the firefox browser, the download fails or gets cancelled. I never changed any settings, how can i fix this?bold text

After restarting Firefox i found I've lost all History and Bookmarks.

I'm on a MAC, I'm not sure to do at this point, I had atleast 10 years of bookmarks!

I have all my passwords stored on Firefox on my macbook pro. When I follow the instructions to sync my passwords on the Firefox app on my phone, it keeps rejecting my primary password, saying it is incorrect. I have deleted the app and re-installed it on my phone, but it still does not work. Why will my account not open on my iphone app? Thank you!

Hi, I've recently downloaded firefox and trying to add extensions that were similar to the ones I used on chrome. My problem is that all the extensions (Hoverzoom, Short Keys) in the extensions tab in the toolbar and appear to not be working (both in private and normal browsing). However the extensions (Ublock, SponsorBlock) that have their own icon on the toolbar seem to be working fine.

I am experiencing an issue related to the Vanguard anti-cheat system used by Riot Games, specifically in relation to League of Legends. After installing the game and Vanguard, I am unable to open Firefox. When I try to launch Firefox, nothing happens. However, if I change the name of the firefox.exe file, I can start Firefox on a different profile, but it only works for a short period before becoming unresponsive. None of the options or tabs respond after that.

Could you please provide assistance on how to resolve this issue?

When I start Firefox it appears in a small window and it takes several tries to maximize it. In the past I right clicked on the Icon and I had a choice of setting the window to open in Maximum, this doesn't seem available now. How do I get the window to open in maximum on startup?

The first time i enter fullscreen for the on the current monitor, the window is not filled completely. It fixes itself if i exit fullscreen and enter it again.

I did not observe this behaviour in 124.0

Hi all; the subject line pretty much sopeaks for itself. Lately (within the past few days), whenever I open a new webpage, the sidebar appears. Until now it would only appear when I wanted it to, but now it's doing it on its own and it's annoying as ****. I've tried everything I can think of to stop this, so I'm giving you all the outstanding opportunity to help me remedy this aggravation. Many great thanks in advance!

On Edge or other search engines I've been able to highlight, copy and past a web address where the pasted result is a clickable link to the website, but this doesn't work for Firefox. I have looked through the settings and other questions online, but found no solution, from what I can see people more often ask about the opposite issue to mine. Is this a limitation of the search engine or am I dumb?

With these updates the way Firefox handles Outlook seems to get worse and worse. I don't have these problems if I switch to Edge. If I'm watching streamers on Twitch the streams pause while Outlook loads. It didn't used to do this. Something about that mail service is really hanging up the browser and it struggles more and more. There is always delay as it tries to load everything. The first email will take a while before it loads up. Sometimes if I close the tab and open a new one and try again it loads up faster. I've have all my cookies reset with this recent firefox update, everything got wiped for some reason, but getting them set up again doesn't help it. Clearing Cache hasn't helped it.
