I'm having an issue that seems to Lock up YouTube on Firefox.

I'm trying to get back into using Firefox but I'm having a persistent issue in both FF Mainline and even in FF Beta 119.

If i play a Video on YT then switch tab to do something else then go back to YT it lock up the video window. I do not have this happen on Chrome or Edge.

I have tried refreshing the browser and still have this issue.

PC Specs: Razer Razer Blade 15 Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) GPU NVIDIA RTX 3060

I'm trying to reset my Firefox account password. I know my password is correct, because I just signed into my Firefox account with it.

Every time I try to change the password however, it tells me my old password is incorrect. I know it's not incorrect because as stated, I just signed into my account with it.

Not sure exactly how to fix this one, any suggestions welcome.

I switched to Firefox DE because I wasn't able to install 3rd party extensions. Just now, my middle click isn't working. I can't use the middle click to open/close tabs and to open links in a new tab. I checked my settings, tried a new profile, nothing works except in normal Firefox, the middle mouse does work, but I don't want to switch to that. My middle click also works in Edge and other apps, but please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

PS. Please add biometrics to Firefox, like how Google did with Chrome.

On twitter, if i middle mouse click on a tweet, it open in a new tab and switch immediately to it, even if the setting is disabled

Middle Mouse clicking on links anywhere else works as it should, it only do it on twitter for some reasons. Shift middle mouse doesn't work either

But clicking on an IMAGE on twitter does work normally.

I am using Tor nowadays because I get a trojan horse or other possible threats, every time using Firefox. I use ClamTk on my HP computer with Linux Mint 21.1 installed.

These are the 3 files that usually turn up after a full scan with ClamTk:

I found out when my website turned out to be hacked, so I installed the ClamTk virus scanner.

Adblock Plus icon does not appear in toolbar or overflow menu. Windows 11 latest update and Firefox latest update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adblock with all anti virus and vpn off to no avail.

Firefox is not asking where save downloaded files. I have the checkbox checked which indicates it should ask every time. I also followed some instructions on here about going to the about:config page and changing a setting to false, but that didn't do anything.

No, They are Blocking me the only way I can watch it is in troubleshooting mode, AND HAVE disabled the adblockers'.

Built in PDF reader is showing blank and then prompting to close firefox -

Please help I am support a company who are really big on Firefox and love the built in PDF reader feature but recently when they open files they show blank and you ar then requested to close Firefox.

Any ideas of what the problem could be?

He has the latest version of Firefox from today I can see there was an update 2 days ago and there where some new features on the reader could this be the reason?

One of the best things about Firefox is that i could use other fonts on the website and now I can't. Just stuck with this crappy one.. or tell me how to change it as I have tried..

I am developing an extension that will fix YouTube spacebar issue (after recent YouTube update after Alt Tabbing from other window, spacebar is not working to Pause/Play videos).

The problem is that my extension is not working anywhere except on https://www.mozilla.org.

I've already added "*://*.youtube.com/*" to "host_permissions" in my manifest.json file and it's displayed as "Can always read and change data on this site" on YouTube, but it does nothing. On https://www.mozilla.org my extension is activating properly (writes test message in console).

I added my extension on "about:debugging". Can it be related with that? Appreciate any help!

I haven't been using Firefox for awhile since i lost my old laptop and phone (to be exact its 4 years or so) and now im back on using it, but i was unable to log in to this exact account at first since this what was prompted when i try to use my password (image one), i did try ask for a password recovery which the same error appeared but for some weird reason after trying it on the mobile version it let me use the google login and im able to get access to it. but it still wont let me change password, add passkey or add 2FA. is this some weird issue going on or am i missing an email or something??

I recently uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it directly from the microsoft store as it was very slow (probably due to not being updated) and I am sad to see all my bookmarks and important information is gone. Is there any way I can restore it? Thank you in advance.

I looked for a way to remove apple maps from being the default Map when I search using Firefox on windows 10. Its not helpful since half of the info isnt listed and I would like google maps instead like it had always been.
