Extension to SaveWeb takes a lot of time and need to open another app to view them.

What's happened to the + sign to add a new tab? I've customized Firefox to have tabs below the address bar (as they should be) but have just noticed that, once the window is full of tabs, the + to add another tab has disappeared. I want to disable the Tab hover preview and I follow the instructions per Mozilla Support, which are:
Enter about:config in the address bar and set browser. tabs. hoverPreview. enabled = false.
When I enter about.config and search for "set browser. tabs. hoverPreview. enabled = false" it comes up as false. And there doesn't seem to be a need or way to save that setting, already set to false. But it still has the hover preview.
How do I get rid of the preview mode?

I had always been able to go to the Vidmax.com website. It now gives me the error: Server Not Found. I've gone through your support site and done clearing of history & cookies. I am unsure if it happened following an update, but I would suspect so. I am not tech savvy and unsure how to fix this. I clicked on the lock in the URL area and could see nothing that looked as if it was blocked. I am not sure how to fix this.

I tried disabling extensions, but it didn't help me. I came across this on two different PCs on Windows.

How do I keep the Menu bar on Firefox from disappearing? When I used Firefox the menu bar showing my tabs, website url, etc was always visible in full screen. Now it disappears when I scroll down and I have to bring it back with my mouse to keep it visible. Is there a way to feel it visible full time?
