When attempting to attach file to enail from File Explorer, or do a "Save as" of a photo, Firefox crashes and a "Firefox Crash Reporter" box appears, which instructs me to restart Firefox.

hi, i genuinely have no idea why this is happening because it started crashing all of a sudden and it doesnt happen mid-use, i cant use it at all and restarting firefox just results in another crash and so on. what am i supposed to do??

Hi, I just installed the latest update (I think it's 136.0.2). I guess I skipped some/several versions. Suddenly my main menu isn't workin anymore (clicking it with the mouse, that is) There is some overlay which I can't find out, how to remove. Even the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons don't have any function. Luckily I can still access the menu via keyboard shortcuts. How can I remove that overlay bar ... or did I catch some malware ?

So, I cannot get sound through firefox and you want me to search through numerous panels that do nothing to get a result., You want me to check connections and equipment that work in other apps which I have already gone through steps to prove.

You also have zero ability to actually contact a support rep. You prefer I go on the roundabout of obfuscation until I really want to find someone in mozilla management and insert the mozilla organisation on a long pole, five km should about do it.

I've used Firefox for years and never had a problem with crashing. For several months now, it's constantly crashing. I submit a report most times but nothing seems to change. Please help! If it doesn't stop soon, I'll be leaving Firefox for good. It's making it impossible to get anything done.

Firefox crashes every day or so on my home computer. The most common error message is "kmode exception not handled." I've tried the suggested fixes. Nothing helps. The crashes are not being recorded in "about crashes" or in %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\. So it seems the crash reporter has to be fixed before the problem causing the crashes can be identified. Firefox does not crash on my office computer and no other program causes my home computer to crash. Thank you.

Samsung Frame 85" 2023 with GTX 1050Ti GPU, HP G4 SFF, i5-8500, Win 11 Pro 26100.3194

TV signal, and audio cuts out (black screen) when using mouse arrow to drag scroll in side bar. Also gives a loud audible "click" as sound is temporarily cut out. ( Most probably whole HDMI signal is cut)

Black screen bug happens randomly with You tube with no mouse or keyboard action, but 100% repeatable with this website when scrolling :

Ok for some reason any of my browsers tabs are crashing I just do whatever it is whether i search or watch movie and after some time 'Gah! your tab crashed' and it's pretty annoying, my discord happens to restart it self and I've exhausted literally anything from re-installing, deleting caches folders absolutely anything.

Firefox has been my browser of choice for over 15 years. Recently, it has crashed on me, causing me to lose any work I was doing. At any time, I receive a notice at the top of the page stating that I'm not connected to the internet, accompanied by the Firefox Symbol. I have to restart, and then it holds for a bit before crashing again.

We ran in-place upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on a number of machines. Afterwards, web sites like citibank.com or linkedin.com crash as soon as the page is loaded.

We've uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox, deleted all data, nothing worked.

Anyone else experience this problem? Is there a fix?

Firefox can't seem to be able to import from Vivaldi. Whether I try, it just always takes on and on until it crashes. I remember it working whenever I tried to import browser data before trying to import from Vivaldi to Firefox.

Why does Firefox Desktop now completely crash every time I press the Ctrl and cursor keys whilst navigating through text?!!! Very frustrating and I've had to abandon using your app completely. Please fix and redeploy your app as a matter of extreme urgency!!! thanks
