Why am I suddenly having to login to FF after every PC restart? This happens all the time now, but not on Android. Also, when I log back in I get duplicate emails with the same codes to confirm my details. What is going on?? I have not got FF set to delete data on exit.

I am switching to a new Firefox account and would like all of my current Firefox information and settings to be synced to it. I was previously signed into an old Firefox account. I have copied the old profile into a new profile, but still cannot login to the new Firefox account. How can I do so without losing access to all of my Firefox data?

I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

I cannot log on to my Facebook account with Firefox. I get blocked when it demands a code from an authenticator app. which I don't have and the alternate logins do not work. I can log in using Chrome, disable 2fa, change my password, etc. and it doesn't seem to apply to my Facebook access on Firefox. I have one Facebook password when I use Firefox and another when I use Chrome. Is there some memory feature on Firefox that I don't know about

Because there were so many attempts at password they stopped my default. I read about having to do something but I am an 85 year old woman and I am sorry but I cannot figure out how to get a ton of passwords done one by one. I sincerely hope that this be taken care of because otherwise I have no way of knowing how to get the Xfinity email to work for me.

The Firefox VPN used to work great. Then it disappeared. When it came back, it asked me to log in so I did. After logging in, rather than letting me use the VPN, it would once more ask me to log in. The attached picture shows what it keeps prompting me.

I cannot get my facebook account to log-in. I get sent a Facebook code, type that in, then get a character code and type that in and get sent round and round in this cycle. I have tried syncing, and they suggest there may be a loop or similar in my browser that is preventing it, and I don't know where to find and try to fix that, if it is.

After signing it, it directs me to the "open panel" which it seems like is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. When I go there it asks me to sign in again and there is no "open panel."

I tried making an account but my password got lost before I finished completely setting up the account. Now when I try to ask for "forgotten password" it says I dont have an account but at the same time I need a password to log in. How do I fix this?

When I first opened the browser, I noticed I was logged out of my Firefox account. Even though I didn't do anything. I think it might be because of my new VPN. Many logins to sites like Roblox, YouTube, and email simply failed. Perhaps it's related to cookie. Is there any way I can restore them all at once?

when i first logged into my firefox account from my new pc it worked but it didnt have any data like cookies bookmarks passwords i thought i might have logged into a account i dont use but when logged into a alt email i have those didnt have any data either so i deleted the alt account i accidentally opened i logged back into my normal account and shut down my computer since i wanted to leave it for another day

i remembered that i had my firefox account opened on my laptop so i decided to give it another shot turns out i was right the first time with the first email it just didnt sync well when i opened my new computer i saw that i was logged out of my account i tried to sign back in but it kept popping up with the same error every time "unexpected error" since then ive tried countless ways to log back in but it just doesnt seem to work any help would be appreciated

Hi Community, I wanted to send a link to my desktop pc and saw that I'm not longer logged in. So I wanted to login again with my same acount and the same password I always used. The login site of Firefox sync shows: Password is invalid, but I never changed my password!

Now on my desktop pc (still logged in) I can't set a new password because there aswell my old password says 'Password is invalid'. Whar happend? Also to set a recovery key I need the old password aswell.

Добрый день! Сегодня переустанавливала виндоус и все сбросилось. Скачала Мозиллу и решила войти в аккаунт который зарегистрирован на почту anna_alyakr@mail.ru Однако мне всплыло окно регистрации где нужно вводить два раза пароль. Хотя аккаунт уже БЫЛ зарегистрирован, то ест произошел баг сайта/страницы/окна. Пока я это делала мне пришло письмо с кодом. Страница обновилась и вернулась на нормальное окно со входом. Я решила войти однако написано было что заблокирована страница из-за того что письмо с кодом вернулось. Конечно оно вернулось потому что я уже вошла на свою страничку!

дорогая администрация, что мне делать как мне вернуть свой аккаунт я могу предоставить всевозможные данные которые попросите, я просто хочу поскорее закончить устанавливать все приложения на ноутбук после переустановки винды потому что это тот еще геморройный процесс :((
