Why do I have to open 4 or 5 empty tabs before Firefox will load a URL page? If I try before I do this it says the page timed out. I've never had this problem before.

When shutting down the computer through the OS, Firefox closes each window separately instead of quitting (e.g. with Ctrl+Q). Windows with multiple tabs ask for confirmation, stopping or delaying the shutdown process, and single tab windows close and are not restored. I have to manually quit Firefox before shutting down the computer every time if I want my session to be correctly restored.

I have been using Firefox for a long time, and remember it working nicely with shutdown/logout. This issue showed up after changing my OS, so I believe it must be related to Flatpak, Fedora, KDE, or a mix of them.

Unfortunately, because of regular issues with a web site, I was forced to use FireFox as my main web browser. I say "unfortunately", because FireFox takes FOREVER to load, especially compared to Safari. But, more importantly, there was something about Safari that I really liked; that I apparently cannot get with FireFox. But this is odd, since FireFox seems to have so many more user preferences than Safari! And yet there appears to be no way to open FireFox in fullscreen.

If Safari is in full screen, when browser is closed, Safari remembers this, the next time Safari is opened in full screen. With firefox, I always have to go through long start up, and then I have to manually click zoom button, to go full screen.

Is this something you never considered or something FireFox cannot do? Again, I guess I am surprised at how many preferences are available for FireFox, but nothing like this, even though this is a feature in a competing browser!

I am not sure, but, even if this is more of a Mac feature than a Safari feature, since I am using Mac version of FireFox, seems like FireFox could or should work the same way as Safari! But, if not, why not??

help! youTube cuts off after 10 seconds if they get going at all. Most don't. most tabs only show the first couple paragraphs, I can't log in to my bank, or the IRS, can't print recipes. Many tabs have a 'bouncy ball-dot' in front of them. Everything seems stalled... except somethings are normal, like Duolingo. Is this because of the recent update?

With the upgrades to Firefox, I now cannot load any websites, even Mozilla Support pages. Have to use a different browser. Might this have to to with DNS over HTTPS? HELP! Thank you, very much.

Why is firefox giving me there errors?

I followed your very helpful article and my bookmarks reappeared, but the error message is now showing up every couple of days.

Update: Several days later, this is still happening. I wish someone would please help.

Hello, I have not been able to upload my video to YouTube for a month. I have been waiting for several hours and the video upload progress is zero. Another browser freely uploads videos. I have uninstalled and installed the Mozilla browser several times. Please help with the settings.
