In my case in Google Calendar (I have seen similar questions about other apps)

Where there should be Symbols they show as text (see attached captures) Often running into and covering other text or boxes

I have tried: 1) Running Firefox in troubleshooting Mode (with no extensions etc) 2) Settings-General-Fonts-Advanced- Allow pages to choose own fonts

   Changing this setting both Off and On and restarting Firefox (it was on originally)

I can not reach Tractorsuppy.com from my firefox browser. I have used it with no issues for over a year. I am able to reach it if I use google browser. I get a message 502 Bad Gateway. Please help!

I have Firefox installed on multiple devices and most/all of them don't keep sessions or browsing history

I noticed that these files are updated while browser is open and get deleted once browser is closed:

• sessionstore-backups/recovery.baklz4
• sessionstore-backups/recovery.jsonlz4

No other files are related to sessions

I have "Open previous windows and tabs" checked

Installations:

• Windows 10
• Debian 12
• Debian 13 (Firefox 148.0 Snap)

On Firefox for Android, this issue doesn't happen, I can even see the whole browsing history including history lost on PC installations

Hello! I am a developer, and I am making my own adblock-based Firefox Extensionto block ads. And I have a problem, I use manifest 2, ads are blocked, but the changes are applied only after the Extension is restarted, which should not be the case. Maybe there are some specific settings that I have not found, because for example on Opera and Chrome the Extension works perfectly and the changes in the blocking rules are applied immediately without any application restarts.Thanks for your help

When you go to the YouTube community tab, click on a link like https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxFmoD_WE2uSNmIHw1Njhj36JVQMnzrWzz this example I get a banner that this page slows down firefox and after a few minutes the tab crashes. I tried disabling extensions, but it didn't help me. I came across this on two different PCs on Windows.

I have an mp4 (h264 AAC) video of 37MB which plays acceptably from my website in Safari, Chrome and Edge, but when played in Firefox (my default browser) the sound and picture synch is significantly seperated. When the video is compressed to 26MB it suffers some expected loss of sound quality but plays with near perfect lip synch. What is the issue with playback ?

How do I keep the Menu bar on Firefox from disappearing? When I used Firefox the menu bar showing my tabs, website url, etc was always visible in full screen. Now it disappears when I scroll down and I have to bring it back with my mouse to keep it visible. Is there a way to feel it visible full time? I can't find it in the settings menu and I have never had this problem before.

once in a while firefox forces me to double click everything. This does not apply to the top of the window: tabs, URL bar, bookmarks toolbar, extensions all work fine. But everything in the webpage requires a double click. This includes selecting text. A restart makes it go away.

The only extensions I had in use when this happened were uBlock origin, proton pass, and SponsorBlock. Switching into troubleshoot mode fixed it, but after switching back into normal mode it was still fixed, so I can't say that the extensions cause the issue.

I would have just commented on [this related thread](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1038784), but it's archived. I never understood the point of archiving a thread. From now until the end of time when people find that thread when googling their issue, there's no way to give them new information. At least in a github issue it can still include a link to other threads that have mentioned it.

I am running firefox 132.0.2 (aarch64) on macos 15.0 (24A335).
