Hello,

sync and account email i want to login - i know the password but i never get the code for verify to login on my mail.

its not in spam, unwanted or anything else. i tried it many times now but i never get any mail so i cant login anymore.

how should i ever get access to my account again? because there is no other way..

I recently bought a new laptop and am trying to sink my current mozilla browser with the new computer. However I can't seem to get an authentication code and don't know where/if I saved Mozilla backup codes. please help1

This is common lately. On a website they say we will send you an email to validate your email. This was with Costco for one. I click in the box so they can send me an email, then I go look and there is no email. Tried many times to no avail. Other websites too, like, click the save 10% coupon then we will send it to your email entered on the website. No email received. By the way it doesn't seem to be a pop up blocker issue.

I was trying to sign in to siriusxm.com. A box came up that said "Please insert your security key", with a diagram that looks like a flash drive. It said the request came from FireFox Mozilla Corp.

Is this one flashdrive key that will work for everything Firefox Mozilla Corp wants to guard, or it is something required by SiriusXM? I've never heard of it, but have seen it pop up for two or three things in the last week. I don't know how to satisfy the requirement. I looked though the topics on FireFox help page, and nothing mentions it that I can find.

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verification codes. Have checked my spam filters, no emails sent there. Nothing sent to other email folders. Made sure accounts@firefox is in my address book. Not forwarded to another email address. And have sent test emails to my account associated with my Firefox account. They come thru successfully. But nothing at all from Firefox. Is there an email problem today from the Firefox servers?

I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. Now when I try to login to a platform, my verification codes to my phone are coming through too slow. What is causing the delay?

How can I disable the two factor identification at log in? It's driving me mad. I am 87 years old and don't know how to disable this, Can you help please>

I never received a confirmation code to sync with my other computer. I've tried to followed all the instruction per request, still no avi.

I've followed below instruciton from your team:

   Search your inbox for emails from accounts@firefox.com with the subject line "Confirm your account". Be sure to also check Spam/Junk folders.
   Add accounts@firefox.com to your whitelist/address book. After that you, will need to trigger another confirmation email by trying to sign into your account again.
   Check that you’re using the correct email address. Very often the email you’re trying to sign in with is not the email the account was created with.
   If you're using an email application to check your inbox, try using your email provider's website instead, or vice-versa.
   Disable any VPN or special DNS configuration when attempting to sign into your account
