Hi,

When adding a YouTube comment when in Firefox 'Dark' Mode, the font is currently defaulting to Black characters on a Black background, making the content unreadable.

It should show as White characters on a Black background.

However, this is not a problem is you are 'replying' to an existing comment.

But, when I switch to Firefox 'Light' mode, the comment text appears as expected, Black characters on a white background.

I have no idea whether this is a Firefox or YouTube issue.

Ant clues?

I can not use firefox. However, when I try to uninstall it and then re-install, I get stopped at the uninstall step. An alert message says it can not find .... point

Sometimes it restarts and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried all the gizmos like deleting my cache and things but to no avail. It used to work alright. Please help!

Firefox is using too much of my Pcs proccessing power and causing my pc to freeze. The videos Im watching and twitch will just freeze then I have to hard reset my pc because the windows option to shut down or restart will do nothing. Even when I hit window+ctrl+shift+b to reset my graphics card it does nothing. please help me or I will have to stop using firefox which Ive been using for 20 years.

I recently had issues when using Firefox that after typing a couple letters into my google email sign in area my browser would freeze and then not respond. I did the "fix/restore" but now all of my saved passwords and book marks are gone. I'm almost positive I was signed in as a Mozilla account but its not there any more. Please any help to get them all back or to figure out what email it could be would be amazing.

When I start Firefox, it tries to restore my previous pages which I do not want it to do. In the settings there is not a tick in the box that would request it to.

Lately I have been having an issue on Firefox with YouTube stopping and buffering after one minute. This occurs on all videos but only on Firefox. YouTube runs fine on other browsers.

I have tried changing the resolution and disabling ad blockers, but without resolving the situation. I am using the most recent build of Firefox. I have also expanded the size of the cache (after clearing it), but that did not help.

I can't seem to find any real help with this online, and I would appreciate any assistance anyone can give me.

When I log in with one of my screen names on AOL, it shows me signed in under that screen name, but when I click to open the mail for that screen name, I am changed to another one of my screen names with only the mail showing for that account instead of the one I initially signed in on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, cleared the cache, but the problem continues. I do not have this problem when I log in to AOL on Chrome with the same screen name. AOL technical support was unable to figure out how to fix this problem. I am using a brand new laptop with Windows 11 Pro. I do not have this problem with an older computer with Firefox.

Since the last update of Dark Reader for Firefox for iMac yesterday, when I use Dark Reader what often happens is that the Bookmark Tabs and everything above the Bookmark tabs such as Firefox control buttons, the names of the open tabs, etc. are no longer visible - they're all so dark as to be unreadable. How can this be remedied as I much prefer the dark view and can't figure out how to fix this.

Kick.com stream is keep refreshing randomly. I clean install Firefox and didn't install any add-on but issue still continue. I don't have this issue on ms edge

And the answer is not useful, mainly because apt-get does not use a browser to update its cache.

Using curl/wget/httpie works as intended, just apt-get update fails.

Recently when I try to access any of my accounts on my Mobile Phone through Firefox I get an error that says This Website Requires A Secure Connection. I don't get this message from any other browser on my Mobile Phone and I don't get this message on my Desktop. It tells me to try again or go to the Advance Tab and it still does not go to a site.

The bookmarks and everything works except to take me to a website.

the browser is to laggy and i think there is something wrong, I reset it, removed and reinstalled would cause be the cause of that knowing I don't that face that issue on other browsers

Recently, Firefox on my MB Pro (M1) has been freezing up or drastically slowing down due to "FirefoxCP Isolated Web Content" processes (multiple). What is this? How do I fix it? Is this a deal breaker for using Firefox as my default Mac browser?

i am using the Windows 10 PC version of Firefox, with updates set to automatic.

i've been having a consistent issue where themes won't be maintained between restarts of the application. If i set it to any theme, close the browser, and reopen it, it will show the chosen theme for about a second, and then revert to a strange non-existent theme that is a slate gray background with white text and no color accents. It will still show the selected theme as being active in the themes menu, and disabling and re-selecting the theme i want will make it reappear again.

i've been ignoring this issue thus far as it's just a cosmetic issue and i didn't care enough to go digging for a solution. However, with the 133.0.3 update yesterday, the default theme is getting messed up as well. It seems like it's mixing up the light and dark themes, as it has the grey/black background, but all the secondary text is displaying in black, meaning i can't see the text in the application menu, address bar, or bookmarks bar folders.

This issue is occurring with Mozilla themes, Marketplace themes, and custom Color themes. Does anyone know of a fix for this issue, or at the very least a fix for the black text?
