Over the last few days I've been noticing that the firefox browser will stop while I'm typing and then a minute later the text will appear, also if I move to a different window while this is happenning the text dfirefox won't open and when it does the text won't appear. I know some people have solved this by turning off a text cursor thing but I checked and it wasn't on. I updated and turned off my laptop but that only fixed it for a few hours, and then it started freezing again.

I had to make a separate account just to post here but last night I was going through a lot of stress with computer issues, and had to semi-reset windows (lost all my programs, still have other files), I wasn't thinking straight and forgot to back up anything for my Firefox account and I have been trying passwords all day and I still cannot get in. It's gotten to the point where the Firefox Accounts login page asks me to give it a code from my email, I give it said code and the passwords still incorrect. If I can give it codes from my email, why can't I log in through my email or anything else?

I cannot reset the password because I would lose hundreds of saved passwords that I had stored in Firefox along with important bookmarks. I need to know if there is any way I can recover my account without losing my data, because I cannot afford to lose it at all.

Hi! I've been using Firefox's own screenshot tool and I'm loving it. However, it seems missing now :( Already tried finding it on the 'Customize toolbar' interface to no avail., and it's not appearing either on the right-click context menu. I really like this feature 'cuz I can directly download my screenshots. Is there any other workaround to turn this feature on? Pls just bring it back thank you.

Hi I am using Windows 10 on a laptop and Yahoo mail.

In the Yahoo contacts section, I cannot scroll up and down the list of contacts or scroll individual contacts information. I can scroll my emails.

All works if I use the Edge browser.

Anyone have any ideas?

I was watching a video on prime video when Firefox suddenly stooped on my windows 10 and when restarted i was logged out of all my Gmail accounts. this is not the first time, one before the app did not crash but i was logged out of all my Gmail accounts. Can someone tell me why is this happening and how to fix it?

I am trying to set up a blog using Wordpress and Go Daddy. When I try to open my account of GD using my domain name I get the error "Error. Page cannot be displayed. Please contact your service provider for more details. (17)" .

Is this a Foxfire issue or one of the other websites? Thank you for the clarification so I can move forward on solving this.

Everytime I update firefox I cannot get web sites to open! I have used firefox for years but am really tired of having this same problem. Using laptop with windows 10

Firefox only works on initial opening, then will not load the page unless the cache is emptied. Refreshing the browser does not resolve this issue. This issue only occurs in the Firefox browser. Chrome and Edge connect Salesforce Chat every time.

Google search hangs until I clear cookies which fixes it, then hangs again soon after. I've tried clearing cache as well. I've also gone through my extensions and gotten rid of anything that could cause issues. I disabled duckduckgo (see attached pic of my current extensions). I'm also updated to the latest version (see pic). It's also happening on my desktop and my laptop pc's. I do IT work and computer repair professionally and I'm out of things to try here! Can you help me with this issue?

I paid for one year subscription for the Mozilla VPN at the end of October. Now instead of giving me install instructions, it is asking me what subscription I want. How do I resolve this problem as it does not recognise my payment?

Google earth, not working!

Well, on my win 7 google earth was great. Hard drive went so had to upgrade to 10. Google earth will not work in firefox. It will only open in ms edge. Is this a giant con, where ms take control of your goods? Shame on google and sham on firefox.

It's frustrating. Ubuntu machine, everything updated. Every time Firefox updates itself in the background, it requests a restart in a new tab, promising to restore everything. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Having usually dozens of tabs at work open after such a restart, I get an empty tab. An annoying massacre. These are not private bookmarks. There is nothing. All sessions in tabs are lost.

I can log in to the Bank of America (B\A) website and see my balances etc, but when I click the "Bill Pay" tab I get a blank screen in standard Firefox mode. When I log in with Troubleshoot Mode mode the page opens up as it should. I have been using Firefox and B\A for years without this issue, but it started several weeks ago. I would like to use Firefox in standard mode to access the Bill Pay feature and not have to go into Troubleshoot mode to do this. What do you suggest?
