Bonjour j'ai un gros soucis. J'ai du réinstaller Windows entièrement et ensuite Firefox et impossible de récupérer tous mes marques pages que j'ai depuis des années. je me suis bien connecté a mon compte (m.adr@hotmail.fr) et la synchronisation ne fonctionne pas. la seule que j'ai date d’aujourd’hui.

Pourriez vous m'aider s'il vous plait, je n'ai même plus de fichier .json. j'ai prés de 5 ans de marques pages.

vous devais surement avoir un sauvegarde de mon compte par le cloud non?

I got a new computer and created a login to copy all my browser info from old to new. Worked great until I went back to the old computer and realized all my tabs set to open had been forgotten. Closed and opened the browser a couple of times trying things before I discovered you can set it to reopen the tabs from last time (which was 3 times ago). I guess I'm screwed but what I thought was an easy copy turned into a headache.

I just rebooted my computer, and when I opened Firefox again an hour ago, all my extensions were gone (I've re-added those) but so are any bookmarks older than about a year. I'm logged in, and I don't have sync on. I'm not sure where to even start looking for them to get them back, but this is a huge pain.

Once upon a time, I had a home and multiple computers.

I used Firefox and everything was synced between computers - initially, through that separate program they used to use (I can't remember the name), but then it changed to some in-house Mozilla thing.

I lost my home last summer (due to a local bureaucratic issue that became a nightmare for several years - I was disabled and unemployed, but still had money to pay my bills) and was homeless for 5 months.

My desktop was stored, and my laptop thrown out (because it had some dead keys, and the screen was pretty shitty).

Several months ago, a friend gave me his old laptop. I downloaded Firefox and logged into my old profile. I think I was able to access my old bookmarks and passwords at that time.

Eventually, I found a new place to live. I still haven't set up my old desktop. I've been using my phone for essentials. Using my new used laptop recently, I find that, even though I'm logged into my Firefox profile, there are no bookmarks. Going into "sync", I see that "bookmarks" is *unchecked* - a change I never made.

Anyway - how do I find my bookmarks? Are they gone forever? If I get my desktop computer up and running, will they still be on that incarnation of Firefox, or are they now gone forever?

Hi, I had my computer in repair, and I lost my bookmarks. I have saved bookmarks in .json format, but Mozilla is asking for HTML format. How do I restore my bookmarks? thanks

As I have noted, earlier today I accepted Firefox's 'Update' window. But, when I rebooted my PC, the previously opened Windows & Tabs were totally gone, even though I have had a long-standing instruction to "return" the Windows & Tabs which were open when the computer was shut down, or restarted.

Help me recover those Windows & Tabs.

NOTE: This is the SECOND time the same "Windows & Tabs Are Completely Wiped Out" experience has occurred, after I simply accepted the "Update Now" box.

cant recover bookmarks says that security software causes this cant find a answer nothing works please help trying to fix this i have mcaffee security in machine a

geek squad agent couldn't connect so she had me restore firefox to default settings, now My bookmark toolbar menu is not the same as it was before and it is not on the left of the browser page as it was set up before. Can you help me restore my bookmarks as I had it before?
