I'm using Firefox for Windows and usually have a few set pages that appear every time I open a new window. Every now and again, I have to add, remove, or change one of these pages. The issue is that I have to see something like this whenever I want to change anything.

Naturally, whenever I open a new window in Firefox, this is automatically interpreted to open multiple pages. However, this way of displaying them is still inconvenient. I want to know if we can get something more like this.

Is there a way to edit the Settings UI to see a multi-line list with the ability to add, remove, or change these links individually? Thank you.

'Block Site' merely blocks access to a list of sites, but does not stop them appearing. is there a way to stop websites which use <gob.mx> in the address, which attempt to re-direct to 'mirror' sites that try to steal personal info and generate 'Illegal re-direct' warnings from anti-virus programs from appearing in firefox searches, automatically, rather than having to enter <XXXXXXX, -gob.mx> each time I search ?

Hi, i have problem with uninstalling uBlock Origin i cant remove them from extension tab. I tried refreshing firefox, reinstalling, opening firefox with troubleshoot mode and still nothing i dont know why is so difficult.Even when i reinstalling firefox this addon onstalling by itself even when im not logged in.Please help me. I want to be able to voice type searches in firefox on my laptop computer. I'd like to access and use the microphone to type when using firefox or on any site I visit via firefox. I want to put the cursor in a text box of any kind (e.g., a search box), turn on a microphone and voice type so that the words I speak are entered, like I do on my phone.

I'm amazed that "voice type in firefox did not yield any usable results. Please advise.

This is a recent problem. This did not happen several months ago. I read that this is a preference but cannot find it anywhere. I use video download helper. Cannot find a preference there either. Thank you for helping.

I looked for a way to remove apple maps from being the default Map when I search using Firefox on windows 10. Its not helpful since half of the info isnt listed and I would like google maps instead like it had always been.

Is there a way I can disable the "Pop out this video" button on the video player itself but keep the toggle present in the url bar? I have attached the pictures of what I am talking about I don't like the pop out button appearing on the video everytime I try to use my mouse around the video player but like the option of picture in picture seems like a good option for me.

Currently if I try to disable the button from the menu after right-clicking, it also disable the button present in the url bar.

Cannot prevent intrusive unwanted video on some pages; notably, CTV.ca which has an annoying widget which autoplays constantly and blockers are not effective, neither is video.autoplay.default=5 That USED to be the default no-fail go-to, now it has no effect whatsoever and I'm stymied in my attempts to block this stuff. What's next? How do i do this?

I have Firefox set to "view PDF files in Firefox", but this is not happening with sites like Capital One and Consumer's Energy. these sites are just saving directly to my downloads folder even though I 1) Want to view the file first and 2) if it is going to save a flle, it is set up to ask where the file should be saved.

Neither of these things are happening even though I have them set up correctly in Settings.

Firefox has started making a piercing high-pitched screech when the "save image" and "file update" panels appear. This is a confirmation or alert sound I suppose. It occurs when saving an image from a right-click menu and when downloading a file. Formerly Firefox used the system default sound for this, and that sound is still working in other programs for similar operations.

How can I fix this? Or alternatively how can I disable the sound during such operations in Firefox (or alternatively system-wide)?

Before the recent 1-2 updates, pdfs,pictures and .torrent meta files used to get saved in temp folder which I LOVED very much. Recently these are getting save in my download folder instead of saving in the temp folder.

I changed this setting to allows ask. Still the files are getting saved in the download folder after opening.

Please assist me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

When scrolling down I choose to read an article in a new window. When I open the new window, on the right side, a pop up window appears titled “Join the Conversation” or “More from Daily Express” blocking some of the article’s words. How can I stop this pop up window from appearing? Thanks.

Hi, I'm a big fan of dark mode and avoiding bright screens. When Chrome begins to load an image slowly, generally it has a transparent background. Is there a way to remove this white loading screen in Firefox and make it transparent, or at least make it black or something? Having a big white block show up on screen is bad for your eyes. Thanks.
