I can load their main page but I cannot log in. I get the error I have attached. Finally, I had to log in from Safari after a lot of hassle and help from a customer service rep. What happened? I have been logging in here for years from Firefox. I am not having this issue with any other site.

I'm using one website which demands a new password every three months. That would be easy if the Firefox automatic generation of a new secure password worked with this site but it doesn't. Firefox thinks that both the Password and Confirm Password fields are asking for a username instead. Obviously I can take this up with with the website owner too -- but is there any other means of generating an obscure password when Firefox won't do it? An app? A Firefox plug-in?

We are sending emails through HubSpot. When opening up links from the email that go to Instagram, they are opening up to blank pages. Per HubSpot support this is a known issue and said Firefox support could give us an answer on how to fix this.

On one website *only* and only with *some* hyperlinks there I have trouble opening the hyperlinks. I can work around the issue, but I am curious what causes it -- and if there is a way to avoid having to work around. Here are the symptoms:

1. (right)Click on the hyperlink and 'open in new tab' --> does not open 2. Same as 1) but 'open in new window' --> does not open 3. Same as above but 'open in new private window' --> opens fine!

Alternatively 1. (plain click) on the link --> does not open 2. above + use back arrow (<-) to go back to page with the hyperlink and then use the forward arrow (->) to return to the hyperlinked page and it opens!

Additional info: FF 107.0.1 (64-bit) on Macbook pro M1 Ventura FF preferences set to open links in new tab, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't depending on the site FF advanced setting browser.search.openintab is set to TRUE (but it failed with FALSE also)

So I am stumped!

Firefox doesn't support Netflix

Netflix worked perfectly fine on Firefox earlier in the day for me but, now, error code F7121-3078 has prevented me from accessing Netflix. I use Firefox daily so I don't want to use another browser. Help?

Please allow me to preface with I do not know how to code at all and I have found some options to make the scroll bar disappear, but with coding, and I'm hoping for an option that takes that away easily.

I don't think it is any of my extensions causing this, and I don't think it's an option in Firefox to remove the scroll bar.

Please help if possible! It doesn't disappear even when I'm watching videos on fullscreen.

How can I restore my ability to access this website?

I ran the following command in terminal after finding user supplied answers on here "/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/firefox-bin -P" I had two instances running and deleted one and, while my Firefox browser did open afterwards, I have lost everything, bookmarks, history, cookies etc. I have a brand new browser. Is there anyway to retrieve these things, I am in trouble if not... Thanks to whoever takes the time to answer.

Hi, my google ads don't display correctly in google searches - can anyone help please? Mac M1 / Latest Firefox

Formatting is fine for the first second after the search, then chanegs and text displays over the images in the ades and is unreadble, unless I hover my moude over the ad.

The Download file on my computer has disa[peared. Unfindable. In its place in the bottom dispay is a large question mark which is faded. When I click on that is says "DOWNLOADS" but nothing is there. I hace searched my entire MAC and can't find it.

I recently Upgraded to a new Mac. I updated the software to Ventura 13.0.1. Followed the Migration package as suggested by Apple. Process appeared to work well with a few exceptions. One being the subject of this question. I use the buttons on the home screen a lot. A while back I made each button use the website logo. Now I have lost those icons which were replaced by the first initial of the site. can someone help on this?

I cannot connect to Yahoo mail when I am on Firefox. My Outlook mail & accounts work fine, but not Yahoo. Ive gone in & deleted history based on self help offered but no luck.

Hi, I was looking for a funny page and found youranidiot.com and when I went to the page about a dozen or more little windows popped up and were bouncing all over the desktop with happy faces in them. I finally got them to stop and closed everything down, however now, all my bookmarks are gone, firefox will not sync, I cant change password to a primary one. I can not restore my bookmarks from previous save. I am worried they got all my info. what can I do??

I read your suggested solutions to the gibberish text problem (inspector), but I still can't figure out how to fix it in my browser. Why has this suddenly happened to me? Could it be an updated Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 or Firefox issue? I am the admin of a website and I can't even type an email to send to members. It's all gibberish. Same with MailChimp. And with websites I visit. If I copy and paste the gibberish to another platform (Notes, for instance), it renders properly. I have used Firefox for years so I hate to change, but I need a simple solution. This is driving me crazy.

I put a new browser on a new drive, and installed the new Firefox. When the new Firefox went to automatic update, it updated an earlier version. The updated version will not run on the os on that drive. So I downloaded the original version that I had, but it won't start because it cant find a profile. Well the old profile is there, in the user library firefox folder as it should be. Many passwords and preferences are stored on that profile. I could redo everything manually, but if I could access that profile it sure would be easier. Old browser was 78.15.0 for 10.11.6 new one in the trash... requires 10.12... thanks, Chuck
