worked wonderfully for providing an automatic load of a *local* homepage in a new tab until FF v62.0. I've checked my config file and js file, and both are correct and in the correct location, but now FF 62 broke this again. Two questions: *WHY*, and how do I force this back to the *obvious* choice of wanting a new tab to load your homepage (including *LOCAL*, no-net-needed, no junk, fast loading pages). No good explanation has ever been provided for why this simple functionality is forced away from users. This is *obvious* functionality, why is there not a good explanation of why FF developers won't provide their users with this capability.

I would like to pin some sites to Top Sites via mozilla.cfg. I have mozilla.cfg file, every changes and modifications works as expected, but after adding browser.newtabpage.pinned string copied from about:config, loading of mozilla.cfg end up with syntax error. The line in mozilla.cfg looks like this:

lockPref("browser.newtabpage.pinned", "[{"url":"https://1.site1.de/","label":"S1","baseDomain":"site1.de"},{"url":"https://2.site2.com/","label":"S2","baseDomain":"site2.com"},{"url":"https://3.site3.fr/index.pl","label":"S3"}]");

I don't know, where to add quotes and where/which brackets.

I want my new tabs in Firefox Quantum to open to my home page. My home page is a local page with all of my frequently used links on it. I've tried using New Tab Homepage and New Tab Override, and neither of them gives me what I want. I can easily do this with EVERY OTHER BROWSER I use; why not Firefox?
