I have use the HEB.com site almost every day...then today I get this and I have no idea how to correct this.

I have struggled with logging into E*trade using Firefox with no real solution other than clearing cache and cookies each time. After downloading No Script extension, I have identified adobedtm.com to be the cause of the eternal white page hangup when trying to access E*Trade. Wanted to make this info available in case a fix can be made without the extension.

I have a weird question, i want to update my bios for the microcode error, and i wonder if updating my bios will make my "restore your previous session" tabs go poof, or that will still stay there? And if it will disappear is there a way to back it up?

I want to mention that i have the Sync on and i have the Open Tabs selected.

Hello.

I just got a new PC and installed Firefox right away. For some reason, I now have lines around every single button in my browser - except unselected browsers.

For example, the tabs in the top of the browser: On my old computer I got an X with no frame, but if I moused over it, a square area would light slightly up. New PC has the same x but with a soft-cornered line around it, completely matching the area that the old one with light up.

How do I remove the line/frame of the x-buttons and around my bookmarks? See pic included.

Hello - I love and always recommend firefox, thank you!

One small aspect that I frequently struggle with is the small size of the bookmarks dialog pop-up window. When adding or editing a bookmark, the window only shows a very small view of the folders which makes it hard to navigate to the folder I want to place the bookmark in.

I have search extensively for extensions and settings which could provide a larger visualization, so that more of the folder browser could be seen at once, but not found any options.

Can the mozilla team suggest any work around for this, or submit this as a request to increase the size of the viewable folder tree when adding a bookmark?

How do I create folders and then move all of my bookmarks to the new folders. Please review the screenshot and my question will make more sense. I highlighted the area in yellow.

After Upgrading to Sequoia operating system on Mac Book Pro, I could not longer open Firefox. After over an hour on the phone with Apple, the problem could not be resolved. At Apple's suggestion, I eliminated Firefox and downloaded a fresh version of Firefox for Mac but I cannot upload it.

When I am on espn.com/fantasy team pages everything loads correctly except for one popup table that does not. It will occasionally display but usually doesn't. When it fails to display, the scrollbar disappears but nothing shows. I tried clearing cache and cookies (Ctrl + F5, Settings + Clear data, etc.), refreshing firefox, and disabling all addons/extensions but the problem persists. I also tried turning off hardware acceleration and turned off proxies and secure DNS but nothing worked. I noticed this "_error.js" message in the debugger:

I recently lost access to my main PC, and with it, all of my bookmarks from that comp's Firefox. Lo and behold, I have every single bookmark available on my phone's Firefox browser. I cannot for the life of me get them on my new PC's browser, however. Sync doesn't do anything, and I am unable to get them to transfer. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for your help!

I was stupid enough to download Roboform Password manager, but it's just not for me. I was using Firefox password manager and would like to go back to it but I cannot delete Robo Form. I've tried disabling Roboform, but that doesn't work. Do I have to cancel Firefox in order to get rid of this nasty program?

I was filling out a City of Portland nuisance complaint form, but the "SUBMIT" button would not appear in order for the complaint form to be transmitted. I could only scroll down so far -- there was nothing more, no page two, etc. Email to City confirmed the problem with the form was on my end. Then I used Safari to get that same City complaint form. Same site, same form. But, on Safari there was about a full page more to the form that had been missing on Firefox. Additional questions, boxes to check, spaces to fill, places to upload photos/files. And at the bottom of the form was the "SUBMIT" button. I don't think I've had this particular issue with other forms, questionnaires, etc. elsewhere. Is there a filter or something blocking random stuff?

I'm not able to Screenshot the page as shown in Safari, so: https://www.portland.gov/homelessness-impact-reduction/report-campsite I think I can "Add image" as a screenshot of the form as shown in Firefox . . . . . . . . . . . . . . oh well, turns out I don't know how to make all that happen. I bought a new laptop about a year ago and decided to set up a Twitter/X account using Firefox. I was instantly redirected to a page informing me that Firefox was a browser that was "no longer supported". The link to the Help Center gives me a list of compatible browsers, including Firefox.

This seemed odd to me because I could access it using Firefox on the two desktops I use at home. I accessed X using Chrome, Brave and Edge on the laptop but not Firefox. I've searched high and low for a solution but without success. Does anyone have a possible solution? Thanks, J

We work with generating reports as a HTM format which we then open in Firefox to export as a PDF. We choose Firefox to do this as it neatly splits up the pages without cutting content in half. However, after the 126 update, images that are part of the HTM file no longer loads, leaving a blank void.

Does anyone know why this is or whether they know how to fix it? It is a result of plugging a vulnerability in the browser?
