Foxfire behaves incorrectly when playing chess on lichess.com. This is a popular chess playing site that hosts online chess games between logged in players. When a game challenge is accepted, it presents a chess board and a clock that should start immediately counting down white's remaining time. Instead, with Foxfire, the clock starts when the first move is made by white.

The above behavior only occurs on Foxfire. On Edge, Google Chromium, and Opera, it works correctly. This is of little significance to most players, but I have observed it for a long time on Foxfire--maybe as long a two years. I have not reported it before because I can easily work around the problem. The workaround is obviously to switch away from Foxfire when playing chess on lichess.com.

Just thought someone there ought to know about this Foxfire abnormality.

I recently created a new artist website on WIX and added a widget by Elfsight that shows sharing buttons. The widget is installed correctly. The buttons appear when I bring up the site on Microsoft Edge, but not on Firefox. What gives? I tried clearing my cache etc. to no avail. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Facebook voice and video chat quit working - 8/12/22 AM using Firefox. Works fine, same computer on Chrome? When calling or accepting a call the screen goes to "Something went wrong"? Same symptom on two desktops, two laptops, and one notepad. Windows 10.

I cannot make calls via Firefox on Facebook Messenger. In the second window that normally loads tells me that something went wrong. (in Dutch tells me "Er is iets fout gegaan" This happens on both my computers, Windows and Linux. Even when I start Firefox in troubleshoot mode it is still not working. However works absolute perfectly in Google Chrome. The problem started today by my knowledge for no apparent reason. I tested the camera in Firefox, works. I tested the microphone in Firefox, works, no problem. Also I granted Facebook permission to use the microphone and camera.

I am using a WooCommerce plug that allows for website manipulation via real time CSS changes. I am repeatedly receiving this message, and the browser freezes and has to be reloaded:

DOMException: The quota has been exceeded.

Uncaught DOMException: The quota has been exceeded.

I dont seem to have this issue with other browsers. I would like to keep using FireFox, how do I fix this? Ive already cleared the cache and current settings for memory are at 1 gig... it only buys me some time as eventually the symptoms reappear.

what ever you are doing to Firefox please stop. keep getting network errors and other errors and still have not fixed the jumping Posts in Facebook. I am or at least was a faithful Firefox user but now will all the errors and such really considering Chrome. I have cleared cache turnoff add ons and still, get the network protocol error happening too often> from what i am seeing in my email about the Facebook issue more peopke are leaving Firefox

I see that there was a new version loaded yesterday so don't know if this relates. Starting today, when I open Firefox, it opens in a small screen in the upper left corner. I want it to open in full screen. I have to click twice to get the full screen. I do not mean the screen that F11 gives since I still want my tabs at the bottom. I have Windows 10 and Firefox 103.0.2.

I realize that this is an annoyance that has a workaround. I just want what I had yesterday. Thanks in advance for your help.

This issue happens on a desktop computer using Windows 10 On a few sites where I tried to post a comment I get this Invalid Security Token error and everything I posted is gone. I started to save what I wrote so I could paste the comment again and retry but I still get this error. Even after retrying to re-post the comment several times. This has been happening for over a year now and I've tried to find an answer to fix this problem but I can't determine if this is a Firefox, a Windows 10, or some other program or security issue that is causing this. I've also have run into problems with some websites that have required me to re-register or update information using Firefox and had to use the Google Chrome web browser to do that. The last time that happened was with the UPS site a few weeks ago that I needed to track a package. Is this another issue with an Invalid Security Token? Is this an issue in Firefox or Windows 10? Is there some way to find what is causing this problem? Is there a fix or something I need to change, download or turn off? I've emptied my cash and cookies but these problems persist. Both Firefox and windows are current and have the latest updates. I'm no expert on computers and programs, but I can get through fixes if they are explained well. Some online information seems to assume that you know all the ways to get into a program or folder and just tell you to go to "X" folder without mapping directions. Then go to some named program to fix the problem. The biggest problems I've had with that: I have no idea of how to get to that folder and most of the time the name of the folder or program has changed or is in some sub folder that they do not mention. I have been able to fix problems with computers and some programs, but I'm not an expert like you guys are and I don't understand all of the upper high tech language. I guess you could say we are all experts in some things and not so good in others. But if y'all could get back to me on this annoying issue I would appreciate it very much. Thank you Robert

after uploading photos to a marketplace listing, when grabbing the photo you wish to move to front/top, after you drop the photo in the spot firefox loads the photo in a view tab, but you can't go back. if you're like wtf why did it do that, and click back, then it'll take you out of the listing and you have to START ALL OVER AGAIN.

this is complete madness if you've been working on a listing for a while and it then boom it's gone and there's no getting it back unless you remember to save a draft.

in opera, even if accidents happen you can go back and forth and it saves your text entries but firefox for some reason doesn't so i'm tasked with having to remember things constantly, which being autistic drives me completely insane having to bother with. in opera, it's automatically just there so i don't have to worry about remembering anything i wrote.

how to i fix this problem? obviously it's not just a me problem, as i'm willing to bet this has affected others listing in marketplace as well.

as shown in the photos, i try to drag the photo to the slot then boom it just views it instead. the only way to get around losing my work is to go to history, and click on the most recent fb entry. but then still can't move the photo. i'm just going to move it mobile for now, but geez louise what a bother!

when I select print FireFox opens in preview and it shows what I need to print except it skips the first page. It prints the header then skips to the next page to print the rest of the subject. That waste's my paper, Edge and Chrome prints it all ok. Can you tell me what I can do to correct it? I tried to send the files but it wouldn't up load them.

1. I had problems logging in to a certain website with my account and my wife's account. Once I entered the credentials, the page asked me to accept a set of terms. When I accepted the terms, the login screen was displayed again, starting the process all over.

2. I cleared history and the problem went away.

3. I am very surprised by this. Can something in the history cause this behavior?
