Hello!

Part of the reason (a small part, but part nonetheless) that I began to use Firefox was the ability to screenshare and screenshot disney+, netflix, and etc -- but after updating to 120.0, my screenshots are being blocked (as though I were on Chrome or Edge).

I am not doing piracy! I make edits and stuff. It'd be super helpful to know how to fix this, or if there even is a way.

When playing videos on this website only, then there are distortions on the video as you can see in the screenshot. It happens when i try to jump into a specific part of the video. I tried almost everything related to hardware acceleration(With on and off). A new profile with no extensions,updating gpu drivers(AMD) nothing seemed to fix it. This website works fine on chromium browsers.

news videos are green! HAPPENED AFTER LAST FIREFOX UPGRADE! WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER USER TO GO BACK TO VERSION 119.0.1 AND THE GREEN SCREEN GOES AWAY. HOW DO I GET BACK TO VERSION 119.0.1 ? CAN MOZILLA FIX PROBLEM IN LATEST UP DATE? PLEASE ANSWER IN MY EMAIL . THANKS.

Whatever I search for or watch on Face Book from the FB website are also stored in the Firefox history tab, why?

I would like to stop this from happening, does anyone have a solution?

when close firefox on build 120.0 64 bit build slow to open website after that its fine its only first time opening firefox on windows 10 64 from fresh restart or cold boot or closeing and reopening it dose it hope fixed soon in next build

I am now required to sign in to open my email. This is my private desktop in my bedroom. No one else uses it and that is too much trouble. (I am 90 years old and want to keep it simple. I don't inow how to get back to where I did this dastardly deed and undo it. Many thanks.

Hey there! So for the past several days, I've been having websites not loading correctly. At first, it was only websites For twitch, everything loads as normal, except for the broadcast itself. It doesn't matter if it's live or a vod. The chat even works. Where the broadcast should be is the person's offline overlay. For youtube, either the page will sit with the loading symbol in the middle and eventually it will connect, or the video will refuse to load. During my troubleshooting, one youtube tab will be working fine and the other tab I've loaded for it will not. Now, other websites aren't loading correctly either. Some elements will load and other won't. Some websites I can see the missing elements appear for a moment when I refresh.

I've tried deleting all of my extensions, turning off bitdefender, uninstalling bitdefender, scanning with malewarebytes, clearing cookies, clearing my history, and nothing is working. I am not having any of these problems on other browsers that I've tried during troubleshooting.

How do I completely delete all traces of prior Firefox install? I believe my browser became corrupted. I uninstalled it and then went to the C drive and deleted all associated folders. As far as I know, I have no files saved as webpages but I do not know how to confirm in Windows 10. When I download Firefox I get the message saying a copy has been installed on my computer before. How do I completely remove any trace of Firefox so I can fresh install?

I frequently visit Facebook and go through a selection of friend suggestions. I don't have time to go through them at the moment so I prefer to highlight select each one with my mouse and copy and paste them to my email.

But because Facebook I presume is using lazy load, as the slider moves to the next slide of profiles it eventually stops because eventually it gets to where profiles have to load due to me now going to that area of the html elements, and now i hate to wait until they load to then re-hightlight and select each one of a continuous pattern which is very annoying

I'd rather be able to just have the webpage that I'm currently on of facebook to have everything load at once, so I don't have to wait for new profiles in the selection to load, when I scroll, or press a button for next list

The image I provided will visually show what I mean I get a selection list of suggested profiles to befriend on Facebook but eventually of either clicking on the right arrow button to slide over to next list to next or by highlight selecting eventually the sliding to next list stops due to the next list of profiles not loaded yet

The second image will show what was once white because it hasn't loaded yet now has

But thats just it I don't want to wait and have to scroll, or click a button and wait for the next batch of elements in which this case is image and link of their picture and name.

I want all those elements to load at once! So I don't have to wait for it to load after I reach that destination on the HTML.

Javascript. Firefox. HTML.Extension?

Whatever you can suggest please wither it be adding a script, changing something of firefox, doing something of html, or adding an extension?

I am assisting someone with two issues they are having with Firefox.

They are using the latest version of Firefox (all updates installed).

They are able to replicate the issues below in a new private browser windows.

The two issues remained even after creating a new clean profile.

We tried removing Firefox, renaming all the “Mozillia” settings folders at c:\Users\[username]\AppData\ to “BACKUP- Mozillia” and then reinstalling Firefox. That did not help.

These issues do not appear to be present in Edge or Chrome.

FIRST ISSUE

To check their Office 365 account email, this person uses webmail (https://outlook.office.com/mail/) in Firefox.

The Problem:

1. 1. The person views a message in the preview window of Webmail. They scroll to the bottom of the message body.

1. 2. They then select another message to view in the Webmail preview window. That message opens at the to the bottom of the message body (rather than at the top).

I AM NOT able to replicate this issue on my own computer running the same version of Firefox.

SECOND ISSUE

In a new message in Office 365 Webmail, the person can’t right-mouse button click or CTRL click to paste text into the new message.

They have to use the keyboard shortcuts, as suggested in the image below.

A ”Use shortcut keys” error appears (like that in the attached image)

I AM able to replicate this issue on my own computer running the same version of Firefox.

From the bit of research I did, I take it there is no way for Firefox to work with the Windows clipboard.

Is there really no way to access the Windows clipboard in Firefox?

There is an app of my PC to open a digital version of the USA Today paper as well as other newspapers owned by Gannett. This app has always run well on Firefox. But a few weeks ago, when selecting the option to print an article, multiple pop-up screens began displaying. It is normal for the article to display in a pop-up screen just before printing but not multiple times. And every time I print an article the number of pop-ups increase... the first time twice, the second time three times, the seventh time eight times, etc. If I open the app using Chrome this does not happen.

I have uninstalled Firefox and ensured that there are no process still running. When I try to reinstall I get the message "Firefox is already running, but it is not responding..... "

There does not seem to be a profile either at "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\"

hi> run running win 10 pro64; just downloaded firefox fresh install. When "bookmarks" selected from drop down the software hangs and sometimes i get "unresposive". i have deleted places and favicons then reboot without joy.

My wife was on Firefox, I was on EDGE for email(Outlook) and google access, I tired of the issues with EDGE and moved my account to Firefox, it REMOVED her email access displacing with mine, how do I get her email access Back?
