Local hosts file entries are ignored when "Proxy DNS when using SOCKS v5" is enabled. I use FoxyProxy addon however they tell me the issue is with the FireFox itself.

Hi, for some time now I can't move in the browser if I click, let's say "Finlandia kirja" which is a web antiquarian bookstore. I see an annoucement www.googleadservices/pagead... on the bottom of the page. It dissapears if I try to inspect it. This does not happen when I use Chrome. I asked F-Secure which I use, but it has nothing to do with them. They adviced me to delete Firefox and download again. I did so, trouble for nothing, because the problem continues. What should I do? Hi, Suddenly I cannot use your browser to load this page. I can load it in google chrome AND in a private mozilla browser - but not regular one.

overnight windows 10 ver 22H2 laptop downloaded and installed 115.0 64 bit mozilla upgrade. slow load, not responding, pages won't load wuld someone please explain how to roll back upgrade? slammed today and can't commit time to troubleshooting. thanks so much

The latest Firefox update has lost my logins and passwords. This is the second time in a couple of weeks that an update has lost my logins and passwords. The first time, I was able to recover the previous profile. This time, however, the second profile only has a couple of logins. The most recent profile in Old Firefox Data is dated 02/01/2023, which seems to be too old. Where is the previous complete profile that I recovered stored?

For about a month now the twitter volume control buttom has not been working correctly, If I hover over the sound button I cannot change the volume at all only mute or have it play audio at max volume. I have tried reinstalling firefox, Refreshing firefox and even manually deleted all my plugins but still It was not fixed. Had to use my friends laptop for some work so I installed firefox rq and logged into my account to sync all my bookmarks when I noticed twitter was working just fine with the same plugins enabled and everything.. So is there a way I can still fix this? Totally clueless what to try.

Can I retrieve an history month that I accidentally deleted. I don't even know how I deleted the whole month as I was deleting all but the sites I visited except for a few I wanted to save. The ones I wanted to save were extremely important. Please help!

Hello. I'm a developer using laravel with vite in firefox. I am able to run the local website I'm making on chrome. However, on firefox, it does not load the css/js files due to an error attached. (attached below) I installed firefox just a few moments ago in this device with no add-ons/settings. The site itself works on chrome and edge, its just mozilla that is running into this issue for some reason. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance

For some reason I can't hear anything when playing videos on youtube using Firefox. All my videos/music on the pc play fine. If I use Chrome all the youtube videos work fine as well. I have no idea what I have turned off or done. Can you help please

Hello My Firefox started to crash as soon as I open it ever since it was upgraded to version 115. It doesn't any crash report either. I even uninstalled, cleared Windows 10 registery and reinstalled it, but that didn't help.

See attached image. Using Firefox to WatchESPN (https://www.espn.com/watch/) will not go to full screen but leaves black bars at bottom and both sides. This does not happen with Edge or Opera so I use one of those to watch this stream. I get WatchESPN through Spectrum. This happens with both my desktop (Windows 10) and my ASUS laptop (Windows 11). Software versions are all current.

Video from other sources (You Tube, facebook, etc) works fine on all 3 browsers.

Firefox sloooow to begin working. SOOOOOO frustrated!! I'm going to have to abandon Firefox ( user for many,many years) because I just can't take it any longer. I am writing this from MS Edge. It's so weird though, as when I start the day it just takes forever for Firefox to begin loading a page (ANY page). So i open Edge and it works. I open Google Earth, it works. I can check and get/send emails. Whatever. Just not Firefox. Eventually, in it's on time, Firefox kicks in, and then is works great all day.

I'm a Firefox user for many years. The Irish Government Revenue service provide a facility where forms can be completed offline and then uploaded. Recently they brought out a new version which can aparently be used only on Edge or Chrome whereas previously Firefox was always supported. They say it because Firefox does not support this API:

I'm sort of mad over this as I believe governments should be bending over backwords to support organisations like Mozilla. I'd really appreciate any info you could give me so that I could pursue the matter further.

Whenever I try to print/save a website to Google drive I get the error message attached to this support request. I don't have this problem when using Google Chrome. Any suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated! I'm using Firefox version 115.

Updated to v.115.0 in Private browsing window, which prompted Malwarebytes "dangerous webpage" (or words to that effect ... displayed for ~0.7 sec)
