Hi! I don't like the automatically updated extensions -feature, it seems to have been turned on nowadays, it has been maybe a year or two when you had control to update them by hand! I don't like this feature and it seems to now be in every browser that I use, Firefox, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi! Is there a way to turn this function off? Maybe a commandline function or an editable thing in a configuration file! Other browser developers should also think about this! I think Firefox has been a good browser to use, I used to use Opera but changed to Firefox quite accidentally when having to install things again!

Why can´t my email within Outlook not be shown. "error" Your email cant be shown at the moment. Try again lather or check your Internet connection.

In other browsers an android phone there is no problems. P.s. I have just updated Firefox. to version 127 for Linux Kind regards Bent

hi, i had to reinstall all my windows , after that whit the new fire fox reinstalled , many pages that load well now they dont , problems of autenticitcity, broken page page icon over images.

in my tablet and phone dont the same pages load well and in the computer too before the reinstall.

Until a few days ago, my Firefox would save all the tabs from the previous session. But now it does not, and I still have all the necessary settings enabled. I noticed that it will save the previous session IF I use the Firefox "EXIT" from the "File" menu. However if I use close the session using the upper right hand corner Windows close box (where the "X"), it does NOT save the tabs from the session. I also notice that when I close the Firefox window using the Windows close box, that Firefox (several) show still running under the Windows Task manager, but not when I use the "File:Exit". Running the current FIrefox version 127.0 (64-bit) under Windows 11.

With some emails in Outlook on Firefox, clicking on a link within the email gives me a new blank window, with its address line saying something like this: (name of original site, then) ".list-manage.com/track/click?u=ca38acd 82fe622b7" etc etc... This doesn't happen with all emails, but often enough and in some of my most-used sites... I'm on a new HP desktop. Can anyone help?

Can you suggest any functions or apps that I must or should avoid? It's important that I NOT use a VPN, and that I use 'open-source' in a probably 'shared access' situation. GRM PL

I've been trying to install an add-on that is in the .zip format. I set xpinstall.signatures.required to false and restarted the browser, yet Firefox keeps telling me the add-on cannot be installed because it's not verified. Is there a way to change this?

FF just did an update and now I can barely use the browser. Its slow and then spins and crashes... it took me 6 minutes to just get this open and type this. All my links and sign ins are on it... ugh... How do I reverse the update? thanks

I have chosen to not auto-update the browser because it interferes with my work. The precise setting is called "Allow Firefox to" "Check for updates but let you choose to install them" (screenshot attached). However, this setting is not honoured. Every month, the browser auto-updates and forces a browser restart for me to continue working (screenshot attached). For 126->127, there was in fact no notification to update and the update happened automatically in the background with a restart forced upon me. What's the point of having this setting if it's not going to be honoured?

Hello! Hope you reader are doing well. Sometimes, I'll even dare say most of the time, when I browse YouTube on Firefox and enter a video - it loads fine (currently 😢) but the thing that says what the browser is doing right now - I don't really know how it's called, sorry - keeps showing, and the only way for me to remove it when it's stuck is to refresh the page. It is a small yet annoying problem, and been persistent through Firefox's updates. Thanks for reading and helping to make Firefox the best!

bookmarks toolbar under address bar broken setting set correctly for it to be there and there is a blank space for it to be there but none of my bookmarks that are in that folder show up changing the settings make the blank bar disappear and come back see screenshot.

Firefox home page is missing even though it is set to display just get blank screen on both new tabs and at start up of browser even though it is set to show Firefox start screen.

now every time i start Firefox it demands my master password for my passwords? just hitting cancel makes it go away though.

right click copy only works like 1/4 the time allot of the time the even though the text is highlighted copy is greyed out but using control+c usually works. that one has been happening a wile though.

Hi! I wish to edit my limit on how instances firefox runs but i cant. I searched up how to change but cant find the option for it. It said that i should just untick use recommended setting in performance but all that happens is tht i get anotheter option to untick hardware accleration.

I have been trying to contact support about an issue regarding being able to change my account password to the page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form, however I cannot seem to submit any information. When I try, the page reloads, followed by multiple uncaught errors observed in the console, including a cross site origin request block error (in the latest stable Firefox). My browser settings use the standard browser privacy setting, and custom DNS.

Regarding the error I was trying to report, I am unable to change my password, receiving "incorrect password" despite entering the correct current password. In the browser console, a POST response with error 400 is shown.

I stored a password for particular web site. When I reset the password and stored it again. but your site does not revise it. then i try to remove it but you offer to passwords for all websites. THIS PREVENT ME TO STORE PASSWORDS IN THE FUTURE.

I have been reading the NYTimes on Firefox for a long time, but it appears that I got logged out without knowing it. I could not log back in even though I used the correct email address and changed my password twice. I can log in on other browsers using my latest password. I called the Times and the person with whom I spoke, after trying to get me logged in, finally said that this is a known problem with Firefox. He did not have any idea about the cause or what I could do; he simply told me to use another browser. I use Firefox for almost everything and this is, to say the least, an inconvenience--for instance, if the Times sends me a link to an article by Thunderbird (which is my email program), I can't read the article but have to find it on another browser. Are you aware of this problem? Do you have any suggestions for how I might log in despite it? Do you know the cause of the problem and whether Mozilla is trying to fix it?
