I switch from Chrome to Firefox and imported all my "bookmarks". How do I view all the folders I had in my Chrome bookmarks? If I click the >> at the top, the bookmarks are not listed the way they were on Chrome, and I can't find the numerous folders of bookmarks that I had set up. In the saved links that do show up in the list, I see hundreds of links but they are unorganized. An outdated folder that says "Imported from IE" shows up in the list several times, but it's not the list I had on Chrome. Help ;>)

I can no longer use credit cards for any purpose on any site with Firefox. If I use Edge all my credit card transactions are immediately approved. I'm using desktop with updated Windows 11. PayPal usage is unaffected on Firefox.

For about the last 2 monthes, Firefox crashes regularly, with this message in a pop-up box:

Firefox Crash Reporter Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: missing field 'include_url' at line 3 column 1

Afterwards, I can re-launch Firefox and resume activities.

Recently, I have been having problems logging out of my Shopify store using your browser. It will not allow me to logout. When I use Microsoft's browser, I have no problems. What's going on with Firefox. I have cleared the cache.

My outlook icon on the taskbar had a red X on it. I shut the desktop and restarted, but now Outlook is gone and Microsoft wants me to do somethings i don't understand. Whay to do?

I've been using Firefox on my desktop pc for 15-20 years, and been very happy with it til this year.

I download a lot (for home use) of statements and other documents from banks & other financial companies. Starting several months ago, first one company, and now several, are failing to resolve their document names into humanly-readable names I would have seen a year ago. When I talked by phone with a tech from that first company, he blamed it on Firefox falling behind the tech curve. Not long after that, I read an article saying Firefox was down to 4% user share, and in danger of falling out of the "must support" group of browsers. Now, in these last two months, I'm having that same problem with at least three other companies I download statements from.

To clarify a little, each institution of course has its own naming scheme. But before this problem, the name attached to the pdf file that I received was easily understood and I had no problem revising the name to the naming-scheme that I use. Now, these non-cooperating companies send me files with an 8-12 character code that looks like it may have been a base-32 math number.

I have NO DESIRE to migrate to any other browser. But all the other stuff you're talking about means nothing if long-time industry standard processes like these start breaking. I'm not a 30-year-old semi-geek anymore. I'm on the far side of 70 and feeling it. (I've already tried MS Edge, and it gave me fits.)

PLEASE make sure that Firefox remains a stable and viable browser.

Hello, so I want to set up Two-step authentication. I’ve reached step 3, which involves entering the backup authentication code, but I keep getting an error message that says, "There was a problem confirming your backup authentication code." I’ve already entered all 10 codes provided in step two, but the same error message keeps appearing. Please assist me.

Yesterday I downloaded the most recent version of Firefox. Since then, I can't open any new tabs. It won't load anything. Please assist soonest.
