HI i have an ASUS-VivoBook laptop that has an intel i5 10th gen and geforce mx250 with 8gb ddr4 ram when i use firefox it uses about 550 mb ram alone on one page only is that supposed to happen ? if not how can i reduce my ram usage and power usage from settings and thank you for this amazing web browser i realy like the animated castle town from deltarune theme i am never going back to chrome THANKS ALOT

Firefox has recently started crashing multiple times per day. The crashes do not seem to be website specific.

Dear Community,

Using Cloud applications via browser and my mail webbased I have Firefox installed. This browser was in my opinion always the better choice, but last months I experience strange behavior, cache issues, freezing pages, crashing tabs which is very annoying and frustrating when working in the cloud. In the same session it is possible that I suddenly can't open objects anymore or click on URL's, buttons not reacting or even can't login again, even when I just was logged in successfully. After refreshing and restarting the browser or sometimes even after restarting my device, everything is working properly again for a while. The same issues I have when using the incognito browser, especially when I use this for cloud application for example. I can't explain and my questions are: - anyone experiencing, familiar with and or know of this same kind of browser behavior and - if yes, how to solve this?

Do Mozilla really have no idea why their browser is considered a better alternative to other browsers? Why do they insist on making their browser WORSE for the sake of jumping on the latest stupid tech trend!? Some new tech that makes everything it's used in perform considerably worse? Oh boy sounds like the perfect thing for firefox! If this keeps up I'm looking into a browser that's at least more open about the fact it doesn't care.

Когда firefox зависает и windows предлагает его убить, firefox получает права системы и по этому становиться не убиваемым.Система не может его убить потому что у его права системы .В первые заметил этот баг когда сделал браузер firefox браузером по умолчанию.У меня сим роутер при запуске системы открывает браузер тут та браузер и зависает (не всегда ,но часто) в диспетчере задач в этот момент у его права системы.Писал в майрософт ,майкрософт посоветовал пользоваться нормальным браузером и сменить браузер по умолчанию .По совету майкрософт сменил браузер по умолчанию на chrome проблема пропала. Each time I click on Firefox from the Windows 11 Task Bar, multiple versions of Firefox appear in the task manager (see photo). Some have an icon next to them that says "efficiency mode".

The attached screenshot is what I got from loading Firefox to ask this question. Multiple scans of my computer using Norton 360 -- including the Startup Scan -- have found nothing awry.

The operating system is Windows 11 Pro Edition Version 24H2 (OS Build 26,100.6584.) Firefox says it is fully up to date.

My Firefox browser on Android is very slow. YouTube videos buffer and lag. Pages take a long time to load. Sometimes Firefox freezes or crashes. Please help me fix performance and video playback issues. My phone has limited RAM and storage

The GPU isn't working properly... I've attached screenshots of the browser I have installed. If needed, I can take any logs, etc. It's very frustrating - I have a fairly old processor and its GPU isn't working properly! I have checked a lot of other questions already but I can't seem to find a solution to my problem.

I have Firefox installed on an old Laptop with macos Catalina. Reinstalled it many times with and without extensions, without any data but it doesn't matter what I do, even on a blank slate of a new reinstall of Firefox it just takes way too long to load or doesn't load at all and then even hangs up so that I always have to force quit it and slows down the entire laptop. It also sometimes loads tabs only if I reopen them or have to go to an already open tap that has been working to be able to open it.

I have been feeling super frustrated for days because I can not figure it out.
